I have bought many vehicles over the years, this experience was by far the most simplified, respectful and enjoyable one I have ever had. My wife and I found the perfect Alfa Romeo at Criswell which is 2 and a half hours from our home. I started the process via email with the sales manager Robert. He was straightforward, and quick to respond. Everything about the price was made transparent. The final price was exactly where I wanted it to be, and in fact Robert found another incentive to lower it further without me asking. We set up a small deposit to hold the vehicle, and set an appointment to travel there the following week. We met with Alberto, who again, was great to work with. He was flexible with my time restraints, and respectful. He answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to make the experience pleasurable instead of stressful as any large purchase can be. Alberto even went as far to personally buff out a small blemish my wife had found, and took the vehicle to fill it with gas for us. At no time did I feel pressured from anyone I dealt with, they made me aware of additional warranties and such as any dealership will, but did not continue to batter me. Alberto followed up the next day to see how our drive home was (It was incredible) and took the time to discuss one issue I experienced. Although my wife was not as big of a part in discussion as I was, Alberto did not ignore her, and I appreciated the respect she was shown as well.
