service department rip-off I have an obvious battery drain in circuit 23 backup. I had to pull that fuse to keep the battery from going dead. I took it in to get it diagnos I have an obvious battery drain in circuit 23 backup. I had to pull that fuse to keep the battery from going dead. I took it in to get it diagnosed, they charged me $140 and said they could not find anything wrong. They replace the fuse and it went dead in two days. I even isolated the circuit for them. To diagnose that problem you need to pull the interior fuse box and disconnect various connectors from the back until the amp flow across the battery stops. It's a fairly simple procedure. They didn't even try! More

I enjoy the wonderful amenities at Criswell Honda, plus the overall welcoming and kind treatment one finds while there. Although I live and work in Washington, DC I definitely believe it's worth having my car serviced at my Criswell Honda dealership as I am confident that my car receives the needed servicing and in a lovely enviornment. Awesome Service Dennis Arrington-the service rep promised to have my car done by 12:45pm and it was done a bit before then. Impressed. My experience previously with car repairs was shady at best...timing wise so was more than glad when it was all wrapped up in time. More
