2018 Honda HRV molding issue Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. She took the car right back to the body shop to see if there was anything they could do to correct the issue. With in 30 min’s she had my car back to me. They could not correct the issue but with out question she order a replacement piece. What great service. Thank you More
Unprofessional and Deplorable I would like to start that I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years. I have worked with and met some great individuals at this location, but ! yesterday on 12/9/2017 at about 1:55 PM. I went and made some purchases for my vehicle and I was walking out towards the Exit and all of sudden of I was stopped by Esteban Mesa telling me not to talk to Josh Krieger, a sales person, and asking me questions about his car. I was appalled and confused; I had no idea why. He stopped me from leaving the store and made me feel apprehended with no Justification whatsoever. All because Josh Krieger's misinterpretation; who happens to be a new worker. Also, Mesa REFUSED to give me his name, which was breaking the companies policy, but I found it through his photo on this website. I will report this incident to corporate customer service on Monday. I was told by my lawyer to document this incident. Very unprofessional and disrespectful More

Thorough Explanation Delivered when Promised Brought car in for service and to resolve a long-standing problem with losing tire pressure in one tire. Was also told that front brakes needed to be Brought car in for service and to resolve a long-standing problem with losing tire pressure in one tire. Was also told that front brakes needed to be done as they were down to 2 of 10. The wear on brakes made sense since the brakes had no work in 75,000 miles. They were also able to find the problem with one of the wheel valves and replace it as well as explaining the basis for the cost of the valve replacement. My service coupons for the overall service and the brake work were accurately applied and the car was ready when promised. In summary, the service was carefully explained, reasonable cost with service coupons, and delivered when promised (which is important to me since i always wait during servicing). More

They contacted me several times to keep me posted and were just so considerate of my time. Awesome! More
No wheel alignment report I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and they were stuck with another car.They had to do the alignment in another nearby dealer and I did'nt get the report of the wheel alignment.So, I have no idea if they did the alignment. Moreover, they "did" a multi inspection report, but it was not given to me,either. Ten days later, a representative called me to do a survey, and I explained to her my situation. She told me that I was going to get a call from the manager. Since then, I am waiting for that call. I will never buy a car from this dealer. More
Disappointing and Unhelpful — No repairs made I went to Criswel Hondal in Germantown because they are close to where I live even though I purchased my car at a Honda dealership about an hour from I went to Criswel Hondal in Germantown because they are close to where I live even though I purchased my car at a Honda dealership about an hour from here. From the time I pulled into the service reception area, the service advisor showed little interest in helping me. No enthusiasm or customer service skills but he was sure quick to tell me all the ways I could possibly be wrong and even quicker to tell me that I'd be fully responsible for my repairs without even looking up my car to see if there was any warranty left. I ended up speaking with the service director and it seemed to be a good meeting, but when he chose not to call me back after the appointment I had with the technician the next day, I realized that they really had no interest in working with me at all. I ended up going back to the dealership where I purchased my car and my repairs were covered 100% under my Honda Certified warranty despite being quoted over $900 out of pocket by this dealership. Out of curiosity, I asked the dealership I ultimately worked with how much this would have cost if there was no warranty and it was under $600. On top of it all, that is a very surprising difference in cost! I will not return to Criswell Honda to service my current Honda nor to trade it in there when the time comes. They're right down the road but they've lost my business entirely! More

I had some questions about my vehicle which he went out of his way to answer. The facility is clean and the waiting room is pleasant. Getting a car wash at the end is a very nice touch. I made my appointment on their web site which was a breeze. All in all a painless experience, much like when I purchased the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership. More

Because the dealership is located in Montgomery County, prices tend to be higher than some other areas but the quality of the work has always been good.
