Horrible Customer Service Criswell Honda. Took my vehicle for warranty repair of AC. They did not fix it and just put Freon and Dye and said Honda will not pay and you have to pay and charged me 450+ dollars for warranty repair of AC. I sent my SUV for service last week and was told my battery was weak. This battery was replaced by the dealer roughly one year ago within 36K/3 year warranty free of charge. However, I was surprised th battery was weak. This battery was replaced by the dealer roughly one year ago within 36K/3 year warranty free of charge. However, I was surprised that the replaced one is bad again that needs to be replaced after one year of replacement. More difficult to understand is that this "newer" one is no longer in any warranty to be replaced, despite it has been on my car for just one year. The technician explained to me that this is the dealer policy that the replaced one will no longer have the warranty period since it should be still considered within the original 3 year-warranty period that is now expired. Frustrating! More

When a service is needed, of course some things really don't need to be worked on but they always give it to me straight and I research their suggestion just to cross and compare and it works out for the best. Brought the 2016 in for service and left with a 2020 CR-V. Carina (service) clearly explained service needs and efficiently transitioned me to the sales department at my request. Kenji is one of the most knowledgeable service advisor and knows what he is doing. I had a complex issue and he is the only one that could get if solved. Worst experience to date with a service department. The battery on my 2019 Civic died only 14 months and 7,000 miles after purchase so it's still under warranty. Kenji Evasco was able to fit me into the busy service schedule and the technician determined it was, indeed, a bad battery. The battery was replaced under warranty. Throughout the process, Mr. Evasco was very professional and understanding and he kept me well informed of the steps required to determine/confirm the cause of the problem. More
