My 1 year Odyssey with 27k miles need both front struts to be replaced due to manufacturer issue. No previous accidents or any problems with it until now. Criswell Germantown do not have the pieces to fix to be replaced due to manufacturer issue. No previous accidents or any problems with it until now. In the meantime we asked if we could get a loaner since I need a car to go to work and drop the kids to school and they said no but I could trade in the car. First, I'm not interested in trade in the car. This is something that shouldn't be happening in a new car and I was hoping to get a better service. NO I do not recommend this dealership. More

I just had my car serviced at Criswell Honda today and wanted to give Leslie a shoutout for being extremely professional! I was in the waiting area while she was dealing with a difficult customer who was wanted to give Leslie a shoutout for being extremely professional! I was in the waiting area while she was dealing with a difficult customer who was disputing almost everything on his bill and was trying to use expired coupons. Leslie remained extremely calm and professional and did not seem at all bothered by the difficult situation. Today was my first visit to Criswell and her professionalism won me over. I will be returning and I want her to be my service advisor! Well done Leslie! More

Service charges you 3% for paying with a credit card. This is on top of the dealer repair fees that already have a high markup and have been adjusted for inflation. Stop nickel and dime customers.
