I usually go to Herson's for service but decided to try Criswell since it's much easier to get in and out of. The experience was a good one -the only thing I would mention is that their 60k mile service Criswell since it's much easier to get in and out of. The experience was a good one -the only thing I would mention is that their 60k mile service is about $100 more than Herson's but includes more items - I have not had the time to research if those extra items are recommended by Honda or not - maybe they are. I wish they would have showed me something from the Honda documentation that shows that all the items are in fact recommended. They also have a Hertz rental right in the service area so that makes it MUCH more convenient than waiting for someone from Enterprise to come over and pick you up and schlep you back to their office to get a car.
