I went to have a express oil change on this past Monday. The service advisor was Eric Giron that day. He was courteous and helpful. The work was finished quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor was Eric Giron that day. He was courteous and helpful. The work was finished quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Besides this time, I always have had good experiences with the service department at Crisswell Honda. I'm happy with their good services and reasonable prices. More

After doing a horrid job, they tried to buy my review with a free oil change: I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to Criswell for an oil change. There are two other dealerships closer to me, but I had a good with a free oil change: I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to Criswell for an oil change. There are two other dealerships closer to me, but I had a good car buying experience at Criswell and wanted to bring them my business. One of the things Criswell Honda says they do during an oil change is a check and fill of all fluids, which is great because for the most part I have no idea what the fluids should look like or how full they should be. But I do know one fluid, the widow wiper fluid, which was near empty when I got the car back. This made me think that possibly none of the fluids had been check, I mean come on if you miss this bright blue one, you surely didn't do the others. I tried calling to get a verification that the work was done (I was going on a cross country trip and didn't want to be stranded along an interstate), but got the typical run around, so knowing that I was going to bring my other Civic in for service a few days later, I let it go until then. I brought my 2008 Honda Civic in for an oil change, trans fluid change and brake fluid change, and the service manager said I could have the 2011 looked at too. I didn't have time to leave both cars at the time and declined the re-inspect of the 2011 until later that day. I get a call from Criswell telling me a bunch of other fluids needed to be changed, having researched fluids after the issue with the 2011, I declined, they were persistent about the power steering fluid so I relented. I picked up the car an hour later and the car shifted so smooth with the new trans fluid, and Criswell had even fixed my locked out radio, but they told me I should get my tires rotated before I went on my trip and otherwise gave my car a clean bill of health. I went to my tire shop the next day to get my free rotation, and when the mechanic told me that my power steering fluid needed to be changed I flipped out thinking he was trying to scam me as it was less than 18 hours old. He looked seriously hurt and scrambled to show me that the power steering fluid is supposed to be amber and mine was black. I was livid, in this guys opinion Criswell hadn't done a job they charged me nearly $200 for. It got worse, turns out the brakes that Criswell checked off as in the green with a lot of life left on them were completely fried, 2mm left on the pads (that's very little pad left for all you other car- illiterate people out there). I took the car back to Criswell, where they take a sample of the Power Steering Fluid, agree that it looks old and fix the problem, when the car gets out of service, Dewell comes up to me and tells me that he can't comment on if the work was done or not the first time as he didn't see the car before it was worked on again, and told me that he was taking care of my by not charging me for the second flush. I told him that it wasn't done the first time so he is kind of screwing me as I am wasting my time, and they missed my brakes. He deflected and offered me two free oil changes if I agreed to give him and Criswell a positive review. I told him to keep his oil changes. So there you have it folks, buying off reviews for an oil change or two. More
I purchased my 2010 Honda Accord at Criswell. Due to a positive experience with the salesperson (Dominique), I decided to get my car serviced there as well. Things went downhill after my second visit. A c positive experience with the salesperson (Dominique), I decided to get my car serviced there as well. Things went downhill after my second visit. A couple days after an oil change there, my brakes began screeching, and I found out that they needed to be replaced (I could even see that they were worn down to the metal). I called Criswell and asked them how my brakes could have been in that shape and nobody bothered to tell me (Criswell performs a multi-point inspection with oil changes, as stated in their invoice, ads, website, etc.). At this point I questioned if they even performed their "multi-point inspection" test (let's not even get into alternative theories about why my brakes were suddenly worn down so far). I spoke to numerous people but got the run-around from customer service, the service advisor, all the way up to the service manager. They all claimed an inspection had been performed, but nobody had any documentation to prove it, giving me excuses left and right. Basically, nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything. Going by the books, what they committed was fraud, since my invoice clearly states that they inspected my car. But more importantly, the people are dishonest and unethical, which can lead to safety issues. This is the last place I would trust my car with. I will not be returning and hope that this experience can help any others who are considering this dealership. More

As always my salesman attention to detail is well beyond our expectations. After dealing with him for over 7 years now, he tirelessly follows up every detail of my vehicles from service to sales. When I'm our expectations. After dealing with him for over 7 years now, he tirelessly follows up every detail of my vehicles from service to sales. When I'm in for service he somehow knows I'm there and greats me within minutes of arrival. He coordinates with the service team to assure the work is done and his personally inspects the vehicle prior to its return to me. In today's environment, he one of the few.... Hence why we have purchased 5 vehicles from him. Thanks Suvin More
After having a bad experience with this dealership in 2010 with 2 sales people that don't work there anymore, I am glad I came back. The reason I came in was to find out what the warranty was on my 2010 2010 with 2 sales people that don't work there anymore, I am glad I came back. The reason I came in was to find out what the warranty was on my 2010 Civic. I met Suvin who was happy to look the information up. He was asking me questions about my Civic and I told him I didn't like the car, it was an ugly color and was not for me. He told me he may be able to get me a good deal on a better car of my choice. I was absolutely excited and thought it was too good to be true. I filled out the paperwork and his floor partner Elliot was able to show me the cars available in the style I wanted. When the deal started going through, I was very happy. When I finished talking to Suvin he introduced me to Victor who was just as nice as Suvin and Elliot. He was able to get me a good deal knowing my budget and I was able to drive my new car home. I am a sales person myself in banking so I know about what the "client experience" means. I was very happy to get the car I wanted and was satisfied to know everyone was willing to help me. This saved me $5,000 in interest from where the car was financed before, $60.00 a year with a cheaper monthly payment and 2 years free oil changes. I am certainly not disappointed with anything. Victor, Elliot and Suvin were the nicest sales team I have talked to in a long time. More

My initial purchase experience with Victor Castro was very positive and I have purchased several vehicles from him since then. The service staff is friendly and courteous. Regular oil changes are conven very positive and I have purchased several vehicles from him since then. The service staff is friendly and courteous. Regular oil changes are convenient and reasonably priced. When I questioned an item on a major maintenance, the service manager took the trouble to call me and explain why it was needed. Bottom line, I feel I can trust these people. More
