Best Honda Dealer Ever I began bringing my Honda to Criswell Honda for service when I moved into the Washington D.C. area about a year ago. The employees are friendly and helpful. And their service prices are really reasonable as well. Not to mention that the client waiting area is really pleasant and easy to wait in (love the free coffee!) I could take my Honda to a Honda dealer that is only 5 minutes away from my home, but I drive to Germantown to Criswell for a reason, and that reason is consistent service excellence. More
Honda Ody major repair I find that going to dealerships are similar to visiting a proctologist,...it's uncomfortable. I took my Honda Ody 08 with 116k in for a Timing belt I find that going to dealerships are similar to visiting a proctologist,...it's uncomfortable. I took my Honda Ody 08 with 116k in for a Timing belt and tentionor services and i thought the dealer would pull me aside and tell me how I need to do five more things and upsell. I was pleasantly surprised, they had a timing belt special for $699 and tentionor plus oil/tire/check service cost me less than $1k.... this guy Sam, he is new to service department was on top of it from the time I called and made appointment to the time I picked up the car, different from previous visits. And he did not try any upsell techniques. I must say this visit was just a regular check up visit at the doctor....not bad at all. Thanks Sam. More
Customer care The last time I had my CRV in for service at Criswell Honda they thought it could be time for the rear disc pads to be replaced at the next maintenanc The last time I had my CRV in for service at Criswell Honda they thought it could be time for the rear disc pads to be replaced at the next maintenance appointment. When I brought my car in today for that service, Sam the Service Advisor took good care of me and wrote up the service order and promptly got my car in. The Technician who was tasked with the repair examined the rear pads and calculated there was enough pad to last another 3 to 4 oil changes before replacement was required. He alerted Sam and he relayed the Tech's information to me. Sam said that they could perform the the work but he felt this was not necessary and that they wanted to be fair with me. I was very pleased and impressed with Criswell's Honda service department. Kudos to Sam and the Technician! More
Awesome service experience thanks to Rodney Evans I had a great service experience thanks to Rodney Evans, our car had some break issues, there was some noise coming from brakes. Rodney was great in resolving the issue, after adjusting the calipers a few times the noise was still coming out and he persisted until he found the problem and took the calipers apart, found the rust, grinded it down the rust, put it back together and it is now problem free. Thanks so much Rodney, i appreciate your thoroughness and attention to detail. :) More

Service could have been better. Service representative didn't seem concern on the issue address by the customer. He seemed indifferent. No follow up after checks were performed. Very helpful Service As grandparents with little ones in tow, it was so wonderful to have Mike Yanus and staff so attentive when we drove in for the oil change. Not having done this before, we ended up in the wrong lane. No problem. We were treated wonderfully and quickly, with full explanation of what service would be completed and how long it would take. They were right on the money! We left in no time very satisfied with our experience. More
Stolen Items I drove to the dealership for an oil change and car wash. I had my microphone ear plugs in the open console of the car. When I left the dealership I h I drove to the dealership for an oil change and car wash. I had my microphone ear plugs in the open console of the car. When I left the dealership I had an oil change, clean car and NO microphone ear plugs. I drove one block and realized my microphone ear plugs were no longer in the console. I immediately turned around and went to the service area. Kevin the service attendant was extremely nice and helpful and assisted me with searching the car for the microphone ear plugs, to no avail. He then asked the techs if they seen the microphone ear plugs, he advised me the tech said, he only saw ONE cord in the console. Which I thought was an interesting response, being that my charger cord is extremely long and can appear to be 2 to 3 cords when it is loosely placed in the console. But this guy KNEW he only seen one cord??? Did he count one? Or did he know there was only one after the microphone ear plugs were removed? Kevin the attendant said I should speak to Lester Abel the service manager on duty, at which I agreed. Kevin went to the manager before I could and advised him of the situation, I over heard the manager telling Kevin "she needs to talk to the techs" on my way over to him I said "excuse me sir" he looked at me and then at Kevin and ignored me and walked away. Kevin immediately apologized (I am assuming for the rudeness of his manager he just witnessed). Kevin was extremely apologetic and I advised him I was upset, but not with him, but with the fact that there was no resolve or even a concern to resolve my issue of my missing property from the manager. I KNOW I left them in the console because I was on the phone when I pulled up and placed them in the console!! More
Brought my 2013 Honda Civic in to address an oil leak. Service advisor Theik Aung did a great job of explaining the situation to me and letting me know what work was done to fix the issue. The whole experience went very well and I was quite pleased with the results. Would definitely use Criswell and recommend Mr. Aung for any Honda owner who needs service on their vehicle. More
I took my car to be serviced because I heard this noise coming from the bottom of car and my son told me that i must have hit something below. So i expecting to pay the price for this. When i arrived at Criswell honda, the service garage door opened and someone was there to greet me like they expected me even though i didn't make an appointment. When I told the serviceman the problem we both looked under the car and could see something was crumbled. About an hour later when they told me my car was ready, I got out my charge card waiting to hear the awful news when i was told no charge. I said huh? I guess it was a minor problem which I am very fortunate. But it got me thinking, they could have charged me more since i had no idea what the problem was. Their honesty and their great customer service, not to mention the friendly attitude, will make me what to come in again. Thanks!!! More
