Criswell Honda - Service Center

Review for Tanya I have been a Criswell customer since 1972. I bought a number of Chevys for myself, my daughter and my son at the Gaithersburg back then. It wasn't until almost 9 years ago I started buying Honda's. l always have liked the service department as well as the body shop at Criswell, Everyone I have dealt with over the last 45 years has been very pleasant to work with, never had any work done that was a problem and even when I had a little concern over the years it was handled admirably. Since I have been dealing Criswell Honda in Germantown I've dealt with a lot of advisors but there were 2 that stood out the most. One has been there a long time but much to my dismay isn't anymore. And one must be relatively new and I worked with her just recently, The one that left was Stacy S, she was such a pleasure to work with, And strangely enough the person I worked with this time is at her desk and phone, That is Tanya, she was so pleasant and accomodating after I sat there for 5 hrs waiting for my car and found there was a problem with the SRS system replacement. She arranged a loaner so I could go home. She called me when it was done about 3 hrs later, It was a situation that could have been very upsetting , but her demeaner and concern made it almost pleasant. I felt I had to write this. Just a note I have heard many good things about Lester and since I always wait for the car have seen him in action during the Saturday morning rush and he always says hi no matter how busy things are and seems to handle the rush in such a controlled way. Thanks for making my visits pleasurable every time I've been there. More

surprise- A New Car!!!! I went to Cristwell to get my 05 Honda repaired for the air bag recall notice.As I was walking around the showroom, Kwame stated talking to me. We talked about the new 2015 accord and I agreed to look at it. The 05 was my wife"s car so was reluctant to make any decisions. we discussed trade-in and final price. I took the new car home for my wife to look at and she liked it.So, I bought it.All in all, the experience was pleasant and informative. Everyone was helpful and professional. The only problem I have is that I was led to believe the trade-in price for my 05 was a little over 4K at the max, which is what I got. However, upon checking later I found out the car was worth much more. I Don"t think you guys were complety honest with me. More

It makes a lot of sense that he was aligned as the MOD at night to keep him away from the majority of customers during normal workload. Never again. More

Great people! Great service! I had to have a tire replaced over the Memorial Day weekend. As I was waiting for the work to be completed, I observed the young man in the service de I had to have a tire replaced over the Memorial Day weekend. As I was waiting for the work to be completed, I observed the young man in the service department who was preparing tires to be installed. I never realized how much had to be done before the tires could be placed on the cars. Devon, who I understand just moved over from Express, worked diligently and non-stop getting tires ready for several vehicles. He is a hard worker and you are lucky to have him. Jose Carranza couldn't have been more polite. He made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my repairs and was very friendly and courteous to everyone I saw him talk to. I appreciate knowing that my vehicle is in the hands of professionals with excellent technical skills and the people skills to make this an excellent service center. Thanks for a great job! More

Excellent service. I have been purchasing luxury German vehicles for over 2 decades and never thought I would ever purchase an American made vehicle until now. I did my research and found that Jeep Grand Cherokee met most of my needs..and offered at far below the price of a German car with the same or similar amenities package. I was fairly hesitant on the type of experience I would have with the sales associate. I had grown accustomed to the very relaxed feel and experience of Mercedes and BMW sales associates...esp since I had developed over the years a close relationship with them. So when I started my research, i took a trip to a Jeep dealership (DarCars). My experience at DarCars was very unpleasant. I took a step back to rethink my decision but ultimately felt that for the value, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was a great choice. So I took a chance at driving a bit further out to Chriswell and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. The sales manager was very nice and the sales associate I was assigned to, Armand, was very professional and personable. I would recommend Chriswell to all my friends...and will have them ask for Armand to assist them. More

Excellent Customer Service I took my car on 12/2/2014 for an interior detail to Criswell Honda. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I was greeted with a smile, and as I waited on my vehicle to be completely I was periodically checked on by different staff members , particularly Warren Jacobs, to ensure that I was alright. When my vehicle was completed, the interior was immaculate. I have had detailing done before, but never has it been done so well. My car looked like new. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Criswell Honda in the future for my vehicles needs. More
