Great Team I came in looking for a used Lexus IS 300/Honda Accord Sport that Criswell had for sale. Upon arrival, I met ED ROJAS who was more then welcoming. The feeling I received from Ed's attitude the entire interaction was (IM HERE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND NOT JUST A SALE). He listened to all of my needs and concerns without interruption. Before dealing with Ed, I had gone to 4 other dealers (3 Honda) and every sales person made me feel rushed. The interaction/test drive felt quick and awkward and somehow, I was back at the desk talking about numbers without going over my wants and needs. I can honestly say, I did not have the interaction with ED. After speaking with Ed, I met Benny (Sales manager). Benny, had the same traits as ED, (That welcoming/at home feeling). Benny did everything in his power to take care of everything I was looking for. There was non of that "waiting 1-3 days to see if the sales manager will change his mind". If Benny can do it, he WILL. He is a man of his word and I respect that. Long story short, I wish I would had found these guys first. I purchased the vehicle right away and drove off with a smile. Everyone won. Amy Darragh was our sales associate and she did a fantastic job. We teat drove two different Honda models and ultimately ended up with the HRV. Along with Anthony, Amy was able to work out an affordable deal for us. Jessica Baum further helped us to get into the right car to fit our financial needs. As i write this, Gary is working on our car to apply Cilajet, my interaction with Gary was also informative and helpful.
