Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!!!! I was referred to Big Steve from a co-worker. I have bought several new vehicles in my life and I've always had a bad experience at everyone of them. Steve Maroney, took his time to go over every feature on the All New Passport. The first time I was there the manager was one of the first people to great us. I knew the car I wanted but in my situation they were not making the model yet due to an issue at the factory. I was picky with the interior and exterior color of my car. They didn’t care. Criswell took it in to their own hands to track down the exact car I wanted. After moving some things around thy told me I was going to be able to get the car I wanted, however, it was coming from the factory so it would take about a month. A month came by and the car still wasn’t here. They called and asked about my car every day until it came two months later. The dedication and persistence they had at Honda made me feel comfortable and stress free throughout the process. I love my car and if you are looking for the right dealership, this is THE one! More
