Due to previous bad experiences with car purchasing, I waited more than a month to write this review. Gabriel Saba was the first individual who helped me and my aunt look at cars within my budget and preference. Mr. Saba is far too kind, knowledgeable and unlike other dealership and salespeople, it was truly his calm demeanor which made it easy for me to make the decision I needed to without being pushed to a particular car or anything else. I would most highly recommend Mr. Saba and Criswell Honda, Germantown. This was an excellent experience for me- Mr. Saba helped me get a good I love within a price range that I was happy with. In addition to Gabriel's assistance, I was also helped by Rafael and Dominique. All of these gentlemen were considerate, helpful and made the whole process of buying my car easy. After researching the market value for the car I bought and after visiting over 20 dealerships across the DMV, this was the best deal I got.
