My Honda CRV was makibng a weird sound when I speeded up. I brought my car the Criswell Honda Dealer in Germantown; which included $99 for diagnosis. I came back to Criswell, and identified a different reason forn the sound charging additonal $1000 dollars. Obviouly, this was a ill wok, you didn't do your work properly. If I paid for you to diagnose my car and I was given the right diagnosis, which should I padi again for the same reason ; don''t you offer warranty for your work?? More

Went in for service departed with a second vehicle. I had researched the Pilot and two competing vehicles. After discussion with the sales team, they made an offer too good to pass up.
