My Honda CRV was makibng a weird sound when I speeded up. I brought my car the Criswell Honda Dealer in Germantown; which included $99 for diagnosis. I came back to Criswell, and identified a different reason forn the sound charging additonal $1000 dollars. Obviouly, this was a ill wok, you didn't do your work properly. If I paid for you to diagnose my car and I was given the right diagnosis, which should I padi again for the same reason ; don''t you offer warranty for your work?? More

Went in for service departed with a second vehicle. I had researched the Pilot and two competing vehicles. After discussion with the sales team, they made an offer too good to pass up. Whole process took about 2 hours including test drive. Easiest car purchase out of 6 so far. Consultant, Michael Coffman, explained every feature bumper to bumper. including settings and reasons why the choices were dependent on driving style and life conditions. Some settings were familiar but the increase in technology on these vehicles requires a guided tour. Overall positive experience, straight forward offer, minimal haggling. More
