A rip off After requesting for 2 discounts, Carlos Meijia told me that, he did repairs on the said vehicle, so I was responsible for the cost of $800. In the After requesting for 2 discounts, Carlos Meijia told me that, he did repairs on the said vehicle, so I was responsible for the cost of $800. In the end, there was no discount offered to me. I paid more money than the advertised car price. Carlos and his associates kept on pressuring me to do the financing with them. Personally, I did not enjoy my experience at Criswell and will never do businesd with them again. More

Because no one here could match the price they offered on my HONDA CRV EXL 2019. Pei Pei Tsai is the best salesperson you can get . Very caring and she will make sure your happy. She was very genuine in her service and did not play any sales tactics. She followed up starting from quote till I buy car and reach home. Criswell Honda gave me to the price they promised. They sent my Tags on there expense so that I don't have to drive back there. Also gave me option to finance from outside so that I could send check later. More

Unethical sales tactics Me and My father in-law purchased a Honda Civic Sedan from Steve Maroney, he charged additional $895.00 as part of MD inspection fees and repair/maint Me and My father in-law purchased a Honda Civic Sedan from Steve Maroney, he charged additional $895.00 as part of MD inspection fees and repair/maintenance fees. After the car was purchased, I did some research and found out that we were not supposed to pay any MD inspection fees or any maintenance fees that was completed prior to purchasing a car. So I email Steve but Carlos Mejia responded to me. I asked for original paper work related the $895, and Carlos mentioned those paperwork no longer available and he said it may be shredded. I asked Carlos to return the additional $895 fees back to us. As a reputable car dealership, you need to be honest on your sales practices. I talked to Carlos few days back and he mentioned that Criswell Honda will refund the $895 back to us. I appreciate Carlo trying to resolve this matter to us. He emailed few times and also made few follow up calls. We are looking forward to receive the $895 back. More
