We even had the price largely nailed down with Steve before we arrived. He was waiting for us when we got there. The entire process of buying a car took about three hours once we got to the dealership. It was amazing. Steve is great. He knows his Hondas; and he's a straight shooter - no nonsense, no games, which we really appreciated. It was a very pleasant, transparent process. I got to do 2 test drives of the vehicle, plus a test drive of a similar vehicle that I was a little less interested in, just so I could compare experiences. While not very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself (it was not a Honda), he was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle's background, prior ownership, etc. Castor was very courteous and helpful and I appreciated the low pressure sales experience. I was using an Enterprise rental car since my car had been totaled, and he arranged for me to leave it at the dealership and drive home with my replacement vehicle that night. This saved me both time and money. I will definitely consider this dealership again for my next vehicle purchase. More
