Very disappointed with my experience at Criswell Used cars. I assume that Steve did not have any room to negotiate price at all. I have never in my life paid full asking price for a car. I completely cars. I assume that Steve did not have any room to negotiate price at all. I have never in my life paid full asking price for a car. I completely understand that this particular car was clean and had a great deal of interest which gave the dealer all of the leverage. No problem with that. As a buyer deciding to write a check for $20,000, i expect a small bit of room in price. All offers were quickly dismissed as I don't need you "buyer". I have others which may have been very true but it still felt gross. I felt like this office could have cared less about us as buyers. I will never return and will never recommend this dealer to anyone. They got all their money and they must feel great. Good for them. I feel xxxxty as new customer. They could have easily made us feel differently. I could have walked away and I wanted to but we really liked the car. hated the experience. Sorry but I hope this helps you treat the next customer a tad better. Preston in the business office was fabulous and he talked me back off the ledge. Great guy and customer focused. More
