I shopped around 5 dealerships, and Criswell was, by far, the most pleasant experience. There was zero pressure to buy on the spot, just a friendly invitation to come back if I didn’t find what I was looking the most pleasant experience. Horrible Customer Service Criswell Honda. Took my vehicle for warranty repair of AC. They did not fix it and just put Freon and Dye and said Honda will not pay and you have to pay and charged me 450+ dollars for warranty repair of AC. Be aware of this and take your vehicle somewhere else. More
