I was contacted by two other dealerships and the experience was not fun, and when I contacted by Mark and listened to his message, I i bought myself. He was great to work with, and made the car buying experience easy and understandable. When I found out that he had only been working there for 14 months, I was surprised. Like most folks, I don't buy cars that often. Dealerships sell more in a day than I've bought in a lifetime. It's astonishing, then, that so many still try to sell cars as if they were stuck in the 1950's. Here's why I found the Criswell experience so positive. At two other dealers, they played the "how can I earn your business" game and, when asked for their best price, spent 20 minutes "consulting" with their "sales manager," then came back with a price that was about a $1000 higher than Edmunds or Consumer Reports. I walked out. At Criswell, Mark Mead found me the car I wanted, let me drive it and quoted what was in fact their best price [far better than the others.] He was patient, knowledgeable, and treated me like an adult -- not a sucker at the Carny. I returned the following day with my wife to let her test drive the car I had chosen. After riding with us and hearing our comments, Mark suggested she take a look at another model. We did, drove it, and decided it was exactly what we wanted. Again, Mark went along for the ride, mostly listening to what we had to say about the car and explaining its features. He never asked what he had to do to "earn our business." He just did it. After receiving an email from Mark with a very fair price quote, we returned to the dealership the following day. Mark let us drive the car we had requested, then turned us over to finance manager Sean Hong who excused himself for a moment to "check something." When he came back he told us he was finding out whether a "one-month-free" offer on the Accord was available on the Crosstour as well. It was. How can you not like a dealership when the "closer" tries hard to save his customers as much money as possible? Sean's cheerful disposition and outgoing nature made even the up-sell pitch for dealer options go fast and easy. [Not to mention honest and persuasive.] All in all, I can't think of any reason you wouldn't drive the extra ten minutes and buy your Honda from Criswell. They sell more than anybody in the area -- and it's easy to figure out why. More

I always go to Criswell Honda for my oil changes every three months. They usually spot some other preventative maintenance that needs to be done. I always trust their judgement and have it done. After all, my car is a 2003 Honda Element and it's much cheaper to pay $200 - $300 in preventative maintenance than to start paying $400 - $500 a month on a new car. I plan on keeping this car until I run it into the ground. Since it's a Honda I bet this will be a long time. The service I receive at Criswell is always top notch and the employees are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. More
I purchased a 2012 civic from Criswell. Mr. Jorge Almeida was my sales consultant, and Mr. Esteban Mesa was the sales manager. These guys were very patient, respectful, polite, and extremely helpful. I shopped online and Criswell was able to offer me the most competitive price so they got my business. They offer free oil changed for 2 years or 8 oil changes, which is very respectable. Jorge is very to get in touch with via cellphone, text message, or his work number. He went in work at 11, instead of to satisfy my needs. He worked with me and never tried to sell me something more than what i needed. By using this Criswell, i am well in my budget now and i never felt cheated an any point unlike i did with other dealers, making me feel good about my purchase. Needless to say, i would recommend Criswell and Mr. Jorge Almeida as your sales consultant. I feel great about my buy and the price which i bought it at. -Reza Ghiasi. More

Mr. Nicolet informed me in detail about the nature of the repairs that would need to be made, especially underscoring the importance of doing necessary work on the timing belt. He itemized each cost as to labor and parts. He also gave me a special rate for the timing belt that was stipulated in a flyer that I had received in the mail. About the timing belt, I know nothing about that except that neglect means xxxx on the highway, and that repair or replacement is exceedingly exacting. For this repair I rely on the integrity of the dealer, of course, and I have never been disappointed. I brought the vehicle in just before 8 a.m. and got it back at 12:30. Criswell also puts the vehicle through a car wash, a handy service. More

We had a great experience buying our car from Suvin. As several other reviews state, he definitely seems to have an approach that works. I had the best experience with Dominique and Criswell. I had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. He gave me the best price and also matched every other accessory had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. When I went there, it was past 6.00 and Dominique had already a few customers in hand. But, at no time, did I feel unattended. He was warm, friendly and answered all my questions with patience. He stuck to every little detail, which he promised over the phone, and there were no unwanted negotiations, no false schemes and no additional costs. He made the paper work very simple too. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a ride to the dealership, he was willing to pick me up. All the formalities ended at 10.00 in the night. So he also personally delivered the car to my residence. If you are looking for a dealer, who can offer you the best price and that too with no fuss, no sales jargons, and no games, you should go to Dominique. More
