I walked into to the office to look at a specific car I saw online at Criswell’s website. Ken had me test drive the car, and answered any questions I had. When a small hiccup happened(loose spark plug wire)Ken kept the car for the mechanics to fix and gave me a ride home. The next day the shuttle picked me up and I was able to drive off in my new(to me)car. I appreciated the quick response from Ken and Criswell when things did not go exactly as planned.
