We have been taking our cars to Criswell Honda for service for many years but this was our first new car purchase at this dealership. We were excited to purchase a new minivan after not having purchas service for many years but this was our first new car purchase at this dealership. We were excited to purchase a new minivan after not having purchased a new vehicle in over ten years, but we were not looking forward to having to play the new car purchasing "games". We didn't have to deal with any of that with Suvin Viswanathan. He was not the typical car salesman. He was not pushy and worked hard to get us the best price for our Odyssey and trade-in. The entire buying experience was stress free. Suvin sent us follow-up e-mails to see how we enjoyed our new minivan and updated us on the staus of the dealer installed options that we purchased. We worked with Sean Hong in finance who was very helpful with financing and warranty options. He was so patient with our daughter who was extremely tired after having been at the dealership for several hours. Mark assisted me in finding a car that met my needs financially and for my everyday commute. I had owned a Honda in the past and was satisfied but got away from the Honda manufacturer.
