Zaheer and Criswell Honda blew me away. I live in Michigan, but saw a post on Edmunds to check them out. Boy am I glad i did. I purchased an Accord for almost $2,000 less than I could buy within a few hours of my house. I flew to Baltimore, took a shuttle and drove home (11hrs), for pennies compared to what I saved. I was skeptical at first. Every dealer up here told me there was no way I could get prices less than what they would offer me locally. They were dead wrong. I had a great experience with Criswell. Zaheer was fantastic! He made sure I was comfortable and there were absolutely no surprises. If I needed another vehicle today, I would fly down there again to buy another car without a second thought Thank you very much. I can't wait until my lease is up to buy another vehicle from Criswell. More

When I first met Suvin (via an online inquiry and phone call), I did not even know if I wanted a Honda or a Subaru. I ended up emailing back and forth with Suvin a few times; he answered immediately and to the point -- no dealer generated generic sales messages. Just good information that would ultimately lead me to a decision. I even showed up at his dealership -- unannounced -- with my 24 year old son and a friend of his to test drive. Again, he accommodated me even though I hadn't made an appointment. In the end, I decided on the Honda and negotiated with him quickly via email. What a pleasure it was to ask questions and get straight and clear answers. And finally, he made the sale itself a pleasure, which is so important and often not the case.
