This is our 2nd Odyssey in 9 years. We bought an '03 and absolutely loved it. It served us to almost 250,000 with only regular maintenance repairs. She understood my concerns, some confusion I had, and worked with me on getting the add-ons and refunds from my previous add-on contracts, something I am sure isn't done in may cases at other dealerships. In summary, this is my second car from Criswell Honda in Gaithersburg.
