Criswell Honda

Brought our CRV in for an oil change and happened to be browsing the showroom enjoying a free cup of coffee. He was extremely helpful and very understanding of our requirements regarding total price, monthly payments and required options. He was able to get close but his manager would not budge on price, we left feeling slightly disappointed but we still had our CRV which we loved. The next day Suvin emailed us and asked if we could call him since he felt he had some options worth exploring. Long story short he was able to get us in a great vehicle at a price we were very happy with. Suvin personally handled our sale with great knowlege and proffesionalism ensuring we were happy with each part of the sales proceess. If I was able to rate him higher than a 5, I certainly would have. We actually sent my sister in to see him and she very happily bought her first car last night. This was the 7th car I have purchased and he was by far the most competent sales person I have ever dealt with. Thanks Again Suvin! I will be seeing you again soon when it is time to trade in my Tahoe!!! Jessica took care of our financing and did a fantastic job explaining our options in regards to warranties and breaking down the numbers to get us a fantastic monthly payment. She was extremely proffesional and made sure we understood each step of the process while still getting us out the door quickly with out making us feel rushed or unimportant. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Criswell Honda and Dominique Vattuone. I initially called Dominique last week to get pricing for a new CRV EX-L RES for my wife. I called Dominique on Saturday 8/25 to find out if he still had any CRV's with the tan leather. I told him that I was interested in one and to see if he could have things prepped by the time that I got there. My wife and I arrived just a couple of minutes before 4 pm and Dominique was ready for us. He processed most of the paperwork and while that was taking place, my wife took a test drive. Upon return, the paperwork was completed and we had to wait a short while to meet with the Finance office. While waiting, Dominique went over all of the features of the new CRV with my wife and me. Made sure that we were comfortable - provided us with beverages. From start to finish, we were out of the dealership in just under 2 hours. In short, if you are looking for a new Honda, please stop by Criswell. They treat you with respect and make you feel like your purchase is important to you as well as them. I would highly recommend working with Dominque. He is knowlegdable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wish other dealerships had reps that provided the professionalism and pricing integrity that was shown by Dominique. I will definitely consider Criswell again for any future Honda purchases. More
