He picked me up at the Metro and everything was exactly as promised when we sat down to close the deal. (I had been worried about a bait and switch, esp. as he picked me up. But everything was perfect.) Andy gave me a detailed tour of the vehicle, didn't rush me in reviewing the details, and was very patient. I was pleased with the price, the "no package" deal add-on stuff that other dealers tried, and the promised 2 years free of oil changes. I would very likely return here to purchase my next car and very likely to work with Andy Russo again. More

I worked with Yanet Lopez and Jessica Baum. Both staff members were very helpful and went out of their way to help me. I am very sad that I will no longer be doing business with Criswell because I'm moving to Florida on Oct. 19. I hope I can find a Honda dealer as customer service oriented as Criswell. I would and have recommended Criswell to friends who expressed an interest in getting a Honds. More

When I showed up at the scheduled time another sales rep, Umar was ready with the car. The car was clean and right out in front of dealership. Umar took the actual appointment and took me on his familiar test drive course (AKA as the highway). Umar was familiar with the car and was able to answer all my questions and concerns in details. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the car, which is great. That is one thing everyone hates. People know what they want and do not need a sales pitch. I felt like both sales reps were honest and helpful. Umar is the man. He is very passionate about what he does. I could tell he was going the extra mile not just to sell me the car, but that I was happy with it. Quality of work rated a 5: There was an issue with the center console being off and Umar had it taken care of by the time I picked up the car. I also needed the second set of car keys mailed to me. This was taken care of promptly by Val and it was sent FEDEX. Both issues were taken care of with no hassles. I also realize a used car has to be worked on and fixed before someone buys it, especially because this was a certified used car. There was only minir scratches that I noticed, other than that the car looked brand new. I have received nothing, but compliments since I bought it and few friends asked me how much it was. I told them, and they were surprised that it was so low. I recommended the dealership to a few of them, because I noticed they also have a few other Criswell dealers, but different brands around them so if you aren't sure what you liked you could hop around easily in that area. Price rated a 5: The price was excellent as I did extensive research on the internet and called 4 other dealers in Virginia and in Maryland to negotiate prices for the same car with similar mleage and Criswell Honda had the lowest price off that bat. Because of this I was willing to drive 1 hr and half to pick up the car. The only down side to doing that is I can't really take advantage of the free oil change and car washes they offer, which would have been awesome. As Umar explained they price their car competatively and low price online because the online market is so competative. After researching, I 100% agree. Overall rated a 4: I dropped the overall down to a 4 because honestly the finance experience was bad. Victor was nice enough, but he throws out a high finance rate out there first that he has to know is not competitive and aweful. My credit was perfect. To the buyer who researched rates and called banks before showing up it is insulting and appears dishonest. Then comes "the act" as if he is trying to work out a better deal for you, when the rates are most likely just listed on his computer screen. Finally after what seemed to be like pretend haggling he dropped the rate a point, which was still about .5 to high for my liking. It didn't matter to me that much because I plan on paying off the car shortly, so I agreed and purchased the car. The other thing was the initial price offer for a non power train warranty extension up to 100,000 miles was $1400, which is crazy. No one shoul dever accept that kind of deal. As most people should know, that price is not set in stone and he eventually cut it in half after "negotiating". This was because as he told me I was came from so far away... yea OK. Overall the finance experience seemed point on with the stigma people have with used car dealers. Not sure if it was 100% Victors fault or the process they have in place. I would defiantly buy another car from Criswell Honda as the sales folks were top notch, the car was in perfect condition, and I got a deal. However, I recomend to anyone showing up to have a check in full with finance backing direct from a bank or other lender. Maybe it was my fualt for not walking out and doing that instead, and then purchasing car. Would not make that mistake again. Overall I highly recommend Criswell Honda for price, sales rep, and quality. Recommend to any consumer to research online before buying, and securing financing on their own before hand. More
