My wife and I went to Criswell Honda largely based on positive reviews and they did not disappoint. We were shopping for a midsized sedan and after test driving a few other models we made our way to Cris positive reviews and they did not disappoint. We were shopping for a midsized sedan and after test driving a few other models we made our way to Criswell to take a look at the 2013 Accord. We didn't make an appointment but shortly after arriving we were pleasantly greeted by Yanet. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient with us without giving the hard sell routine. We felt very comfortable working with Yanet throughout the process. After falling in love with the EX-L trim in a color they didn't have, Yanet and the Criswell crew swiftly procured us the exact vehicle we wanted within 24 hours. It had a pin stripe we weren't crazy about so the shop removed it and polished the car to a tee after the trip from another dealer. Then we were off to finish the deal with Jessica in the business office. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with; she clearly explained the contracts and covered all of the standard warranty and extra buy on packages informatively, without being too overly aggressive or pushy. We had a misunderstanding on the initial price contract write up but Jessica and Yanet immediately went to management and resolved the issue within minutes. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the Criswell experience and the price we paid. As a side note, great looking facility inside, service center looks top notch. More

Sales Professional Dominique Vattuone stepped in to make sure my process out the door went smoothly. I took my son to dinner on that Sunday evening, upon our return to the dealership, Dominique had the paperwork ready, That's all we had to do was sign and drive. The dealership was closed at that point, it was raining, but Dominique took time to go over all of the options on the vehicle before I left. If your looking for a new Honda, go to Criswell and ask for the Dynamic Duo of Esteban and Dominique! They may catch some razzing by their colleagues because of this review, but because of these two gentlemen, Criswell has earned a customer for life. I've already started recommending Criswell to my friends an family. Caution: Watch out for the people in the loan department, they will try and HARD sell you on extended warranties, approx. $5000 worth of things you don't really need. You have to come back at them just as HARD to get them to back off. Example: I wanted to get a three year loan, but they start out trying to talk me into a 5 year, with all of the bells and whistles ($5000) added. With a longer, 5 year term on the loan, it makes the bells and whistles look insignificant to your monthly payment. They leave that cost or grand total out, you will have to ask them for it. I was lucky that Suvin was the salesman who greeted me when I came in to talk about buying a new CR v. He was extremely nice, calm and not pushy. I didn't feel pressured as I have in the past at other d when I came in to talk about buying a new CR v. He was extremely nice, calm and not pushy.
