After purchasing my car, I had an appointment with the service center to apply Cilajet to the interior/exterior of my car. Even though my appointment with the service center was on Kwame's day off, he made sure I was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. But instead a wonderful gentle man approached me an asked my how he could be of service to me. We hit it off after that. I told him I wanted a base model with no frills attached, and that's what he showed me. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. My "no" meant "no" to him. He was extremely respectful. Dominique Vattuone is the number one Salesperson in my book. Andy Russo in finance was just as courteous and friendly. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and he made it happen. I've been to many car dealerships , but this is the first time I truly enjoyed it because of the respectful, honest and friendly staff.
