Poor Buying Experience Unfortunately we had to deal with Vince. He was unprofessional and used foul language. After numerous discussions on the phone and agreeing a price, I went to the dealer. I was handed the priced I expected and asked for removal of any options ($248 dealer accessories). Vince came back stating that the price was a mistake and they needed to add $1,500 to the price. More

We went to the dealership, looked around, took a test drive with Luis. Luis is a very nice man, and we felt comfortable with him. When we sat down to buy the car, Luis gave us the price he had promised, showed us all the calculations, and got everything processed efficiently and correctly. It was a really fine car buying experience. We were happy that we had found Luis to sell us our new car. We got a Honda CRV-EX - what a great car - we love it! More

It wasn't until almost 9 years ago I started buying Honda's. l always have liked the service department as well as the body shop at Criswell, Everyone I have dealt with over the last 45 years has been very pleasant to work with, never had any work done that was a problem and even when I had a little concern over the years it was handled admirably. Since I have been dealing Criswell Honda in Germantown I've dealt with a lot of advisors but there were 2 that stood out the most. One has been there a long time but much to my dismay isn't anymore. And one must be relatively new and I worked with her just recently, The one that left was Stacy S, she was such a pleasure to work with, And strangely enough the person I worked with this time is at her desk and phone, That is Tanya, she was so pleasant and accomodating after I sat there for 5 hrs waiting for my car and found there was a problem with the SRS system replacement. She arranged a loaner so I could go home. She called me when it was done about 3 hrs later, It was a situation that could have been very upsetting , but her demeaner and concern made it almost pleasant. I felt I had to write this. Just a note I have heard many good things about Lester and since I always wait for the car have seen him in action during the Saturday morning rush and he always says hi no matter how busy things are and seems to handle the rush in such a controlled way. Thanks for making my visits pleasurable every time I've been there. More

Ajay was very nice, he and Walter did not pressure me to buy the car and understood that I wanted to go home and think about it. Two days later, I came in and they were very accommodating and patient, they kept their word on all the prices we had discussed the previous visit. Would definitely recommend them to others. Andy helped me in finance and he did not pressure us to buy any extended warranty, he was very nice. More

He was extremely patient and honest - as I had narrowed my selection between the Accord and CR-V and gone on multiple test drives. As someone who once worked with used cars - the final call on price is always going to come from the sales manager. Ali was very up front in areas of the price that were negotiable, and helped us secure an excellent deal. Andrew in the finance dept was great and my experience was surprisingly hassle free. When i told them i wasn't interested in an extended warranty, I was prepared for aggressive sales tactics - but not once did i feel like i was pressured into a sale. Good job guys. This is our second car we've bought at Criswell - and will definitely go back. More

Before Natasha Parsard came to the rescue, i was a frustrated customer who had dealt with other employees. The promises I was given were all not kept. I was getting the run around and when I kept going to their location in Germantown to see what's going on with the vehicle I had picked out to lease, I was not getting answers but a lot of short answers and the run around. That all changed when I met Natasha. She listened to my problem, promised to look into it and kept her word by calling with updates and following up with the bodyshop in Gaithersburg. Finally, after almost two weeks I took the car home. Thanks Natasha for going the extra mile to make this customer feel special. More
