Since I already knew what we wanted, we were able to complete the deal via email before I even came to the dealership. All I had to do was come in, sign a few papers and wait for the car to be detailed. I've bought many cars from dealers throughout the DC area and by far this was one of the best experiences I have had. More

And I was given MSRP as the price of the new car, really? Reinforcing the perception that when a lone woman walks into a dealership, an assumption is made that she knows nothing about the buying experience. I will NEVER do business with Criswell Honda after my experience with Mr. O'Rourke. More

I quoted online with several Honda dealers and even stopped by a few, the experience wasn't very pleasant. From several pretty fair quotes I decided to give a try with Mazen since Criswell Honda is the closest dealer from my home. Mazen is super nice, he allowed us take our time to test drive. He was very straight forward and honest about the price, which made us decide to buy from him even there's another dealer wants to beat the price. He's very considerable, we have two young kids with us, he made the purchasing process as simple as possible and arrange us next day appointment for showing the features. He made follow up phone calls, and very patient explaining us about any concerns we had. After a few days of purchasing, I found a very little dent hiding in the slide door, he arranged the body shop to fix it in 30 minutes a week after when I stopped by. He encouraged us to contact him with any questions or issues. We are so happy with this hassle free purchases. We really appreciate Mazen's five-star before and after sales service and highly recommend him to all other customers who want to buy a new Honda. We are also very impressed with Jim's wonderful service when we do the finance. He went through with us throughly about all options Honda provides, and give us great suggestions based on his previous purchasing experiences with Honda. We got all we want including the best rate and service packages customized for us. Overall, this is a great dealership. I am very happy with the assistance from the professional staffs, I'm enjoying my new odyssey every day. I will definitely recommend Crisswell to any one who wants to buy new Honda. More
