All he said was please take your time and when you think you are ready I will be hear for you every step of the way. Two weeks later he held true to his word. We came back and had a few vehicles in mind and we were not sure which way to go so he plainly said based on what we discussed and what my gut tells me the 2013 accord will make you happy. It was well after closing and we took our time and all he said was I want you to be happy and I will not pressure you into any decision. When it was all said and done we were able to get the car home and we are another happy customer and we will be back when we are ready for our second vehicle. Great customer service I visited 3 dealers and I was very upset with the way they treated me. His smile and his patience are the best. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he explained all the things my son needs to know to my son. Then after we chose the car, he introduced us to Jessica Baum who was also very kind and worked with our needs regarding the payment and discounts. Great Experience Purchasing a Used Odyssey at Criswell Honda My wife and I came to Criswell late in the day after visiting a couple other local Honda dealerships and we frankly didn't have much confidence that w My wife and I came to Criswell late in the day after visiting a couple other local Honda dealerships and we frankly didn't have much confidence that we would actually be making a purchase given those previous experiences. We were then lucky enough to have Abe Hosseinpour as our point contact in Used Car Sales and he was very understanding and accommodating of our desire to skip the usual sales rhetoric and get down to brass tacks given our energy level after multiple stops this late in the day. Throughout the process it became evident that Abe was actually a really nice and genuine gentlemen who actually had our best interest at heart. He did his very best to get us in the price ballpark we needed and worked very well in concert with Sales Manager Vince Kerivan who was also very courteous and very interested in helping us get where we needed to be on the sale. I honestly could not recommend working with these two gentlemen any more highly. Great experience! More

We discussed the transaction and quickly agreed to terms. Without a doubt, this new car purchase was the easiest, least stressful, that I have ever had. That is a tribute to both Kwame and Criswell Honda. In an industry where "all is not always what meets the eye", this transaction was fully transparent from start to finish. Once agreed upon, the terms never changed. As it turned out, delivery was scheduled for January 22, the start of the blizzard of 2016. Although Kwame had not planned to go into the dealership that day, in order to prepare for the storm, he made the trip to accommodate my schedule. Need I say anything more! Kwame is both very professional and extremely personable. He made me feel as though I was his only customer and that he had known me for a lifetime. He stayed in touch throughout the process, yet, was not pushy. I drove 119 miles to make this purchase and would drive 500 miles for my next purchase if that's what it took to work with Kwame.
