Lack luster car buying experience. I came into the dealer looking for a specific car, however when I arrived, after a test drive, there was no talk about any issues on the car, no talk I came into the dealer looking for a specific car, however when I arrived, after a test drive, there was no talk about any issues on the car, no talk about price, just papers shoved in front of me, we couldn't make the deal happen that day due to needing other documents, so when I came back to purchase the car, I took off work, showed up at 9am, was told the finance manager was not in yet and someone would call me, around 3:30 I had to call and follow up, they needed more documents, I got the documents to them, and again was told I'd be called, and again I had to call and follow up, I did not walk out of this dealership with a closed deal until after 9pm, I could have gone to work and been paid for the day rather than lost wages. Come to find out the car has a known clutch issue that is common on the 2012-2013 civic with manual transmission, when I brought this up to the salesmen, he shrugged it off, also told me I'd be called about my tags, when I went in he told me I'd get a post card when they were ready, why was I not told that to begin with? There is no motivation on the sales team here to take care of their customers, Luckily the car has a warranty which is honored since it was "certified" at other dealers, I couldn't imagine spending any more time or money at Criswell for the go to to be "someone will call you" whenever an issue may arise. More

Victor is awesome! Jim is fantastic! Victor is an extraordinary sales person. His product knowledge is top notch. I have never met a sales person with the integrity of this man. After 6 months with a second child and trying to make everything work in our Accord and MDX as our two vehicles, we came to the realization that we needed an Odyssey . After reaching back out to both Dominique and Esteban, and having negative equity in our only one-year leased vehicle, they made the numbers work and got us in a 2016 EXL with RES Odyssey and we LOVE it! It couldn't be a better vehicle for a family and once again, our experience at Criswell could not have gone better. This dealership and in particular, these gentlemen are the epitome of professional.
