When I was in the market for a new car 10 years later, Criswell was the only dealership I wanted to work with and I was happy to learn that Victor was still there. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, what I wanted for my trade-in, and he made it happen. He and Andy Russo made the paperwork easy. Then Victor took the extra time to teach me as much as he could about all the fancy extras in my new CRV. Victor, in financing, worked with us and clearly explained the process, terms, and features of our car and loan. After it was all settled, paperwork was 15 minutes. Their service/maintenance department is also very good. You'll pay dealership prices, but you'll know how much it all is up front and I've never been pressured to do repairs that aren't requested or urgent. They also offer guidance on what needs to be done next and provide estimates so you can plan better. More
