Excellence Taken advantage: I bought a car here in January 2016. Needless to say I was taken advantage of by the sales representative Bobby and the finance pers Taken advantage: I bought a car here in January 2016. Needless to say I was taken advantage of by the sales representative Bobby and the finance person Jim who kept "strongly insisting" that I get this warranty and that warranty. By the time that finance was done with this practice called "add ons" the sales representative gets an incentive and/or a commission out of the sale. They had a field day with me. When I called today "Kye" of the sales managers there at Criswell Honda said to me and I quote "we're not allowed to make a profit". Your not supposed to make a profit when it takes advantage of others. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. #ripoff #pissedoffcustomer #poormanagement #greedy #fake A year later January 2017, I came back to cancel all of my warranties and the Finance representative said to sign the warranty and let him submit it. I waited 8 weeks so I called the warranty company. They said and I quote "there was never any cancellation sent in." I was extremely perturbed and called the fiance manager (she immediately cancelled all the warranties totaling 2450 dollars (I checked my car statement.) Ms. Johnna Nagiecki was extremely helpful and courteous! Thank you Ms. Nagiecki! I had came here on 03/12/2017 to purchase a new vehicle. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Natasha Parsard showed amazing customer service as well as proper decorum and demeanor towards me. I had a great experience this 2nd time around coming to purchase a vehicle from start to finish. Natasha was very amiable and an amazing person and mother. Thank you Natasha for making my visit a memorable one! Keep being you Natasha! More

I have been tracking the production and development of the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline since it was first Kevin Ferguson helped me get my dream vehicle. I have been tracking the production and development of the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline since it was first debuted in early 2016. I've been talking to Kevin about it every time I went into the dealership for service on my 2006 Element....asking what the trim levels would be, the pricing, and when they would start being delivered to the dealerships. I was one of his first calls when the first Ridgeline hit Criswell Honda and one of his first test drives in the RTL-E trim. Since that first drive, I knew that I had to have this truck. Negotiations and discussions started in late September, and when we both discovered that the trim level and color I wanted amounted to a vehicular version of a unicorn, we both set to work trying to figure out how to make this unicorn real. I'm not going to lie that it wasn't difficult, in fact it was pretty difficult, resulting in months of waiting, trying to get dealers to trade, and trying to understand how the Honda customer ordering process worked. The good news was that since I wasn't hurting for a new vehicle, I was able to wait out the process. In the end (five months later) both Kevin and I had rattled enough cages that Honda was finally producing my truck, for me, only me, to be sold only to me. Kevin wouldn't even let anyone look at the truck once it arrived and everyone knew that the truck was already spoken for. On top of everything, Kevin understood the difference between a simple transaction and understanding how to treat a long-term loyal customer by making sure I wasn't handed off to everyone on the sales team, was straight forward in both what he could and couldn't do, and by making sure I got the best possible deal for my unicorn. By the time I drove off the lot, I not only had my dream truck, but have firm partner in Kevin for all my future car buying needs. More
