Helped us for almost a week not being pushy but being honest, kind, understanding and an amazing sales person. Last night we closed on not only one car but on 2! Thanks to Dominique and josh and Mark our experience at criswell has changed for the good. This trio is the best you could imagine for your car buying experience. I will never purchase another car from anyone else other that these guys! Thank you Dominique for being our new friend and for helping us every help of the way. Eric was straight forward from the beginning and gave me their bottom line price since I was not a local customer and would be traveling to see the car. I really appreciated not having a run around with the sales associate. Eric was excellent to work with and followed through on his promises. Victor in finance was able to get us a better rate then what we had and also followed through on a his promise to see to it I was returned the original finance check. I can't say enough how great the experience was and how much we love the car! Thank you Eric, Victor and Criswell Honda! More

The most amazing customer service I've ever received! Upon browsing the dealership floor, not intending to buy a car, I wad greeted by Rameez Haq. He was extremely friendly and had perfect customer servic Upon browsing the dealership floor, not intending to buy a car, I wad greeted by Rameez Haq. He was extremely friendly and had perfect customer service skills. I told him my old car was costing me a lot but I was stuck in a lease, and the rest was history. He referred me to the amazing Yanet Lopez from the sales team and we went to test drive the 2017 Honda Civic Sport. They both worked together to make sure i leave the dealership with the civic and that I was completely satisfied with the price. I've never experienced such dedication and patience that Rameez and Yanet had shown me. I am so grateful to have met both of them. After agreeing to a new contract, Andy Russo helped to close up the process. He was incredibly friendly and so great to talk to. A big thank you to the team at Criswell Honda. Would have rated five stars for this dealership but there was some arguing with the manager and between employees which made me feel a bit awkward. Customers can see and hear how employees treat each other and so I would say this is important too, not just customer-dealer interactions. But I was absolutely satisfied with Kwame's treatment of my family and I and his hard work in trying to get me the best deal possible. He also gave me some numbers of insurance companies and individuals to call to get the best deal with my insurance as well, which I really appreciated. More
