That being said, I liken the entire experience to a KGB interrogation. It is like they won’t let you leave until you are so tired, you just agree to buy the car so you can get out of there. Most car dealers are like this, however my experience with Sport Honda was a bit less tedious. The other thing that bothered me is the bull crap way the management says they can only give you a tiny amount for your trade. I had to have a certain amount to pay off my old car I was trading in. First they said one amount , and I was ready to go elsewhere. Mazen went back to management and told them I needed my price or would be gone. Miraculously, in two seconds I got my asking price. Kind of a joke - the small increase is probably a drop in the bucket for them - but a lot to me. More

2018 Honda HRV molding issue Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. Before we signed any paperwork and committed to purchase, he took the time to take us for a thorough test drive to demonstrate all the nice safety features of the Honda CR-V EX. After we left the dealership with our new car, he followed up with a nice email and a check to see how the car was working for us. I wouldn't extend my 5-Star rating to the dealership though... I found the titling dpt to be really pushy on selling the extended service plan and my wife who came back later in the afternoon to sign the paper work was left waiting at the dealership 1h 1/2 and was given the sales pitch on the extended warranty again :( So, all kudos go to Kwame and very few to the dealership.... Criswell Honda not only gave me what I believe to be a really fantastic, and extremely competitive price, but had an awesome and incredibly friendly and hassle free staff that worked with me on each and every step. Stand out employee being Vihbi, my salesperson who quickly felt like a friend moreso than a sales person, which was great considering the typical salesperson approach at other dealerships is very offputting. It was definitely worth the long drive to Criswell, as I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at, and I get to wake up excited for the next drive every morning. Thanks for a great experience Criswell! P.S. Super clean facilities, awesome balcony overlooking their maintenance shop. Car detail was incredible upon leaving, and 1200 miles in to the car I still love every second of it. More
