Bought a need Edge in Jan 2022 and that process was smooth efficient. Worst service ever in past 40 years of Ford vehicle ownership. Quoted a $47 cost for oil change, Invoiced $87 for same service. Asked to not do anything other than oil change.. no evaluation no tire ownership. Quoted a $47 cost for oil change, Invoiced $87 for same service. Asked to not do anything other than oil change.. no evaluation no tire rotation, etc. Service advisor agreed. When I questioned $87 for oil change, the service advisor laughed. After I left the dealership one of the service advisors called and said the tech had left a tool in the vehicle and indicated I should return to the dealership so they could retrive it. I suggested that they should send someone to the hotel and Id leave the tool at the front desk. I recieved a request to do a review of my experience since they advertise no happy customers. More
