Worst service ever in past 40 years of Ford vehicle ownership. Quoted a $47 cost for oil change, Invoiced $87 for same service. Asked to not do anything other than oil change.. no evaluation no tire More

Long time Ford Customer responded

Very Poor customer Service. Service Advisor I called before coming to the dealership advised an OIL Change only was about $47 when I received the invoice I was hit with a $87 bill. Ouch. See above for details of what actually happened. I made the appointment for 3:00PM on that same day. You should review the telephone conversation, as you indicate all calls are recorded. The service advisor was a women if that helps.

If Criswell Ford truly cared about customer service, you would have reached out to me the day after I picked up my truck, and offered to finish ALL of the work that was not done. You knew I was unsatisfied, and the fault lies with your service department. The only way to make this right is to do the work you said you would do (and which I paid for), or reimburse me for the labor I paid for work that was not done.
