NO COMMUNICATION THE ASSOCIATES WITH THE TECHNICIAN. When I arrived at Service, I requested the Associates to do 1) Oil Change and 2) fix the clip near front Tire (driver's side) so that one clips is not When I arrived at Service, I requested the Associates to do 1) Oil Change and 2) fix the clip near front Tire (driver's side) so that one clips is not fit. He said that "No problem, we will fix it". He also said that it takes total 30 minutes. However, as actual, the other staff came to lounge in 1 hour and all customer asked him why it takes much time. He explained us Today (that is on Saturday, March 12)'s technician is only 2 even if the regular time is 4 technicians. Therefore, It takes more 30 minutes. Actually, Total 1hour 45 minutes. It's OK if everything is fix. A staff call to my cellphone that my dodge is ready even if I am at lounge and ask me to pay the money. and I got my car. HOWEVER, my request 2) that is fix the clips near front tire did not fix at all. I realized that the first Associate did not informed the Technician all my request. It was too late so that my dodge is already out side of shop and a staff return my key... What's going on? I have to go to shop AGAIN! The associates should communicate with the technician. The associates should TAKE A MEMO IF THEY CAN NOT REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER'S ALL REQUEST. More

Worst customer service ever. Here's the # to enterprise. Me, ok -3rd contact: Me, Mr. Service adviser I don't think it's the gas cap, I reset the light and it came back on. Oh and since I'm paying for a loaner car I need my car back by the end of the day. Service adviser, well we might not get to it today. Me, I waited 2 weeks and paid for a car it needs to be done today. I need to talk to your manager. Manager, I'll get it done today Me, ok great -4th contact Service adviser. We did a smoke test and replaced your gas cap(remember this) -5th contact. 2weeks later and 200 miles Me, Mrs service manager my lights back on. Thought you did a smoke test and the issue was the gas cap. Service manager, well it sounds like you have a different issue now Me, sounds like the issue wasn't fixed to begin with. When can you get me in. And this time I need a loaner since you didn't fix my car correctly the 1st time Service adviser, no we don't do that 6th contact Me, drop my truck off Me, it's now 2:30 still no call from service advise. So I call Service adviser, it'll be in the shop soon Me, ok well I'm going to need it back 7th contact Service adviser, it looks like something chewed through your evap wire. Me, um ok. I thought you did a smoke test last time and it was the gas cap. Did you not do the smoke test Service adviser, you told me it was the gas cap and you need the car back,( is he joking,) Me, I told you what I thought it wasn't, you told me you did something and now your saying you didn't do it. How much do you want to fix my truck and when will it be done.(this is on a ,Tuesday) oh and he wanted $400. Me,that's ridiculous I'm coming to pick up my truck. 8th contact Me, mr service manager, I just wanted to share my experience, about work that was not done, and mid dignosed. Oh and the crazy price. Service manager, sorry to here about your experience I'm working on changing this. I think the cost was high cause they have to remove the gas tank. Cashier, $135 please 2 days later I go under my truck find the loose connection, which is easily accessible and solder the wires together. The whole process took a 25 minutes. More

Still Waiting for My Car I don't write reviews but here we go. I bought a 2013 Fiat from here. The car itself is efficient but the Criswell customer service is NOT. My sal I don't write reviews but here we go. I bought a 2013 Fiat from here. The car itself is efficient but the Criswell customer service is NOT. My salesman failed to mention that my car was not equipped with a spare tire and jack kit. I guess I was naive to assume most cars come with this but I had no idea that Fiats do not. I would've greatly appreciated the Fiat reps telling me this beforehand but they were more concerned about getting rid of the car. Had I known, I would've obviously opted for a car that DID come with the basic feature. Fast forward to a year later, I get a flat tire due to a pothole. And to my surprise, there's no jack kit and no spare tire! Instead, my car comes with a rinky-dink tire pump that obviously doesn't work on a popped tire. Strike 1. So then I called roadside assistance and this feature is nice...Fiat provides free roadside assistance and towing. 3 hours later, off my car goes: It's towed to the Fiat Gaithersburg dealership around noon. The rep I was in communication with since 9AM that day said my car could get a new tire installed that same day but that the spare tire kit ($500 btw) would take a few days to arrive so I have to bring it back. At this point, that's fine, I need my car. Around 5PM, I get a call from the same rep asking where my car was....? Hours passed by and he noticed my car never arrived and doesn't know where my car is... Strike 2, get it together Fiat. I call around and get in touch with the service department there, it's after 5PM now. I locate my car when the guy there says my car DID arrive hours earlier but nothing's been done to it. Great, one guy promises me the car will get a new tire that same day (it doesn't take long to do that) and the other guy in service can't even call to inform me that I can't pickup the car that day. Just horrible, horrible customer service. Needless to say that it's been a nightmare dealing with the people that work here. This all happened yesterday. I called today to see what the status on putting 1 tire on my car is...no news. The lady couldn't say that it would be ready by COB so who knows when I'll get my car back. Not a single person has apologized for this mess or been able to make up for the fact that they sold me a car without disclosing all information about it. AND NOW, they cannot honor their word with repair dates. I will filing complaints to any superiors since no one has been able to really right this wrong. Anyways, be weary if you choose to drop thousands of your dollars here. More

I am on vacation so didn't need my car. But called a week later to see what was up because I had not heard from them. The service writer would not get on the phone because she was off in 15 minutes. And said she had left one message on my phone which was completely untrue. When asked to speak to a manager. They put me on the phone with a porter to try to get the problem to go away. The next day I get no phone call about my car. The following morning I find out they called my home phone and left a message saying it was ready to be picked up, so a family member picked it up. Without knowing that, I called to see what was going on and they sent it home without fixing the headlight. They are an awful service lane. They are shady and lie. Take your car somewhere else. Nancy. You are condesending and rude. When I came in you were condescending calling me honey like I know nothing about cars when I probably know more than a lot of you. Next time you decide you're going to lie about contacting a customer, be aware that most people run their businesses out of their phone and check voicemails. Especially on vacation. The first car I financed through them and the rate I was given was high especially since I have and had perfect credit at the time. The price of the vehicle was fair so I decided to promptly refinance. The second car I showed up with a check from capital one. The sales person was not happy at the end of that transaction. My problem with this dealership is on the service side. It is absolutely ridiculous that they only have techs that change oil on a weekend. On numerous times I went there I have been told that I have to bring my car back during the week to get the basic fixes done. For the past three weeks I had this annoying unsafe sounding rattling under my seat, so I showed up at the dealership today. There were only two service reps ... one Valerie and another lady. From my last service I learned that Valerie Green was dishonest, since she tried to up sell me to get my rear differential oil changed (a $400 job) when my car only had 25k miles on it at the time. From my research rear differential oil should be changed around 40-50k miles. I even told her that..then she rambled junk about Maryland state regulation being different etc. So I took a mental note to avoid her. I approached the other lady and told her of my issue, and then dishonest Valerie jumps in to tell me that they do not have any techs to even look at my seat and I had to come back during the week. I even told her that I don't feel safe driving the car with that noise. Her response was "sorry, there is nothing we can do". To which I replied "that's not good customer service". I then proceeded to look at the seat myself in front of her, a couple minutes passed and she told me in a harsh manner "Sir, you have to move your car you are blocking other cars". Today is the last day I will return to Criswell in any aspect...not to service my car and definitely not to buy another one. Please note if you have no other choice but to take your car to be service there.....AVOID the service rep VALERIE GREEN. More

I drove 26 miles to this dealership from my house because of all the positive Google reviews. When I arrived, Mario Diaz was the only service consultant who was working. I told him about my situation and he said that the dealership's service department was backed up and that if I wanted an appointment, I would have to wait two weeks. I asked him if I could bring the vehicle on a Saturday, and he said they reserve Saturdays for walk-ins and handle mainly express lube services on that day. During this whole time, he had a horrible attitude and was becoming increasingly rude. I then confirmed by asking him that if I wanted to get this fixed on the truck soon, I would have to go to another dealership, but he responded back that I was "putting words in his mouth," and that he said "if I wanted to get the truck fixed, I would have to wait two weeks". His abominable attitude and atrocious customer service reflect poorly of this dealership. I have owned many automobiles and worked with many dealers. For example, EuroMotorCars in Bethesda, MD is a testimony of excellent customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend the service department of this dealership. More

My husband was out of town. I was so fortunate that Hyder (who provided me excellent service when I was shopping for a car) was around. I asked Hyder to help me. He was able to talk to the mechanic(Reggie) and "top" people. Reggie quickly evaluated the car and reported that the car needed to stay for service for safety. The dealership provided shuttle service for me to other rental place in order for me to get a rental car. I was able to get to work on time. I really appreciate the excellent service that Hyder and Reggie provided when I really needed. More
