Great Experience! My husband and I schedule an appointment for service. Upon arrival, the Service Department was buzzing. We were meet by a very helpful Service staff member, Michael. He welcomed us and got us to a Service Advisor, Neil. While speaking to Neil on the purpose of our visit, Michael got up from his desk to assist us with functions of our Pacifica. When we made the appointment, we thought there was an issue with the vehicle. He took the time to explain how things work, even things we did not know. He provided a hands-on demonstration, how-to walk-through of screens (radio and instrument panel), and demonstrated how things are activated. In short, we made an appointment thinking we were having an issue. Michael took his time, he did not rush, and even invited us to come back at any time for follow-up questions. During our short wait time, he topped off our fluids, checked the battery, and checked our tires. Even though we never got a low tire alert, he found a nail in our left rear tire requiring a replacement tire. Michael put us at ease to enjoy our journey to Chicago. I recently brought in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. scheduled maintenance and was told by my "service advisor" that my power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement and was quoted $2,200. I wasn't anxious to spend $2,200 on a vehicle with almost 100K miles on it so I passed. I have watched the fluid level closely and driven 2,500 miles and there has been NO LEAK or any evidence of a previous leak. This was a shabby attempt at Grand Larceny. When they asked for my feedback on my visit I offered and they did not follow up. I would be very wary of trusting this service department based on my experience. I think the "service advisors" must be more focused on earning commissions than providing honest customer service. More

I've dealt with Criswell for at least 8 years now and have been happy with the service they have provided to-date. They struggled with our most recent request, when I received some random numbers and a f have been happy with the service they have provided to-date. They struggled with our most recent request, when I received some random numbers and a fragmented quotation for the cost of my repairs, followed by silence to my request for better, more accurate information the following day. I called two days later and talked to the service manager at the desk, Jim Clutters, who said he couldn't help me because Shane hadn't entered anything into their service management system, so he didn't know anything about what was wrong with the car. I ended up having them fix the car once I received a reasonably accurate quote, but think they still have some work to do in providing proper estimates for high-dollar repairs. I expect more from Criswell and hope they rectify this. This is not what I expected when I brought my car in for service. More

Great Service Visit! Made an appointment to have my beloved new 2020 Bikini Wrangler looked at because the Service Engine Start Stop Light came on one day on the way home Made an appointment to have my beloved new 2020 Bikini Wrangler looked at because the Service Engine Start Stop Light came on one day on the way home from work. Got home and turned the car off and on again and the warning light was no longer there. I made an appointment anyway at Criswell because they were the closest dealer to me, despite normally taking my Jeeps to a different Jeep dealer over an hour away because of the customer service they provide. My adviser Shane was very pleasant and friendly and assured me that they would still be able to check over the Jeep even though the light was no longer on. He had me in an out in little than an hour and gave my JL a clean bill of health. I highly recommend dealing with Shane as your adviser when visiting Criswell Jeep for service. More
