Mr Glassic was awesome. Through a forum, I jokingly stated I was waiting for my Jeep to be delivered and make it go faster. Lol. He asked for my VIN and found out for me. Never dealt with him through stated I was waiting for my Jeep to be delivered and make it go faster. Lol. He asked for my VIN and found out for me. Never dealt with him through the whole process of ordering - and there he was just offering. I know now he’s a manager - but I still wouldn’t expect him to get involved when I had no complaint (other than my own impatience!). Thank you Mr Glassic!
