To all: Irene is not only a great salesperson, but has a really awesome and fun personality! When you buy a new car, the price, experience, service, all matter. The story of my car is: I got it for myself as a present for getting a new job. I really wanted to show up at my new work place with a new car, as a good luck for a new beginning. The car I wanted was at the other dealership and the weather did not allow to drive(if anyone remembers the end of august last year). I was a little bit upset, so Irene took a chance and drove there(I still can not believe she did it for me). I picked up my car the same day:) I was so happy!!!!As many times as I went back for one of another reason, everyone was very friendly and nice. I have a great experience going for oil change or a minor services. I recommend the dealership to everyone as well as get Irene as your guide. She will make your requests come true. Although the check engine light went on immediately after I drove away and it took several tries and eventually having to return the car for svereal days, Miles and Tony did a great job in proving excellent I drove away and it took several tries and eventually having to return the car for svereal days, Miles and Tony did a great job in proving excellent customer support, and Tony in particular has been a great contact and very helpful and friendly, going out of his way to help. I think the price of the Fiat accessories are outrageous and not in line with the overall price point of the car - why would you pay $500 for a set of stripes when the entire car was $16.5K? I would have liked to add more to my car but no way I was going to pay those prices. More

Overall great experience. Tony was great to work with and took a lot time going over the car with me. All I knew of the Fiat is that my dad had one when I was a kid, and I saw the 500 and fell in love wi and took a lot time going over the car with me. Great gas mileage (traded in a Jeep Liberty that only got 18mpg), LOVE the looks, drive, and options on this very reasonably priced car. definitely a happy customer and will call Tony again for future car needs. Purchasing our second FIAT with Tony Goicochea was beyond words. Tony's expertise,attention to detail, and professionalism is such an asset to Criswell. We came for the party that was being hosted in our words. Tony's expertise,attention to detail, and professionalism is such an asset to Criswell. We came for the party that was being hosted in our first FIAT 500 (Lounge, Verde Chiaro with a birthday hat for it no less), not expecting to buy a car. My husband who said, "I will NEVER buy one because they're so small!", saw a Black Diamond Gucci Cabrio. He fell in love. We returned home to get our other vehicle, a Suzuki Grand Vitara ( a wonderful car in its own right) to make the deal. We drove home in the new 500C Gucci edition! We want to thank all who made our experience so exceptional, Tony Goicochea, Irene Shtok, Giles Bibic and Chiraz Salhi. Steven Krantz who is the finance manager who worked so diligently to get us the lowest rate possible as well as some of the extra services that we appreciated. Also, we have to thank the service crew, as Sophie, our other 500 was in for service. A special Thank You to Dustin Hawkins and Linda Sin. All of these individuals make us only want to come back time and time again. We have dealt with many car dealerships, and without a doubt, Criswell is supreme. We feel like we're part of a family, everytime we are here. We are instantly recognized, greeted and thanked each time we've been there whether it's for service, or just a visit, or to buy another car! This is the reason that we will return again to buy any other future vehicles.
