This is the second time we have come back to the Gaithersburg dealer to look for a new car. I would recommend Tony Goicochea very very highly. He listens to the customer very carefully. He assists based on what the customer says. He is attentive to detail. He introduces you to everyone else you need to speak with to complete the transaction and makes sure that everything is taken care of properly. He introduces to to the Sales Manager and to the Service Manager and sets up your first service appointment. He follows up after you purchase the vehicle to make certain everything is okay, not once but several times. He is not pushy. He is respectful. He is courteous. He is kind. He knows what he has to sell. He explains the car very clearly. In short, he is just about the most professional, most helpful, least obnoxious, car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is to be given very, very high marks for his performance in helping me - I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. With the new car. Probably an hour and a half. And that includes the time we spent doing the road test - which was probably a little longer than usual because I decided I really wanted to drive the car a little bit before I bought it. Fiat ought to consider training this guy exensively and consider him as a serious candidate for management. He has integrity. He is responsive to the customer. He loves the car he is selling. And he is bright, "there", or rather "here" in the "here" and "now" -- thinks very clearly, quicky, and is first-rate. Promote him. More

Tony was very helpful in explaining the new Fiat Abarth to me when I inquired about it in August, he walked me through the process step-by-step of what was going on several times with the wait list and he to me when I inquired about it in August, he walked me through the process step-by-step of what was going on several times with the wait list and he was able to keep me informed of what they knew at the dealership and was also able to point me to other websites and forums that offered information on the car. He was quick to respond to my questions and his answers showed that he not only knew more about the car then just what the brochure said but that he really enjoys and has a passion for what he does. The other salesmen/saleswomen were also very polite and courteous and I definitely enjoyed the experience of buying my first new car.
