Great Experience! My husband and I schedule an appointment for service. Upon arrival, the Service Department was buzzing. We were meet by a very helpful Service staff member, Michael. He welcomed us and got us to a Service Advisor, Neil. While speaking to Neil on the purpose of our visit, Michael got up from his desk to assist us with functions of our Pacifica. When we made the appointment, we thought there was an issue with the vehicle. He took the time to explain how things work, even things we did not know. He provided a hands-on demonstration, how-to walk-through of screens (radio and instrument panel), and demonstrated how things are activated. In short, we made an appointment thinking we were having an issue. Michael took his time, he did not rush, and even invited us to come back at any time for follow-up questions. During our short wait time, he topped off our fluids, checked the battery, and checked our tires. Even though we never got a low tire alert, he found a nail in our left rear tire requiring a replacement tire. Michael put us at ease to enjoy our journey to Chicago. We were blown away!! We went to this dealership not expecting anything due to a horrible experience we had from another dealership. We met with Mr. Santos Velis, Sales Consultant, at this dealership. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. He made our experience simple, quick and pain free. He was beyond wonderful. He called us the day after we took our car home and checked on us and told us to give them a call anytime we have questions or concerns about our car. We will definitely recommend him and Criswell to all our family and friends. He was simply the best!!! More

The entire process with Criswell was problematic.- A The entire process with Criswell was problematic. - A purchase price reduction was offered based on in-house financing. When ordering the vehicle The entire process with Criswell was problematic. - A purchase price reduction was offered based on in-house financing. When ordering the vehicle I was told I would have the option of using Bank of America as they were a preferred lender. When the financing application was completed, I was only offered one financing option (Wells Fargo) and the rate was 2x that of Bank of America. When I asked for them to present an offer from Bank of America they told me I only had one option and to take it or leave it. This resulted in a purchase price that was more expensive than originally quoted. - Financing paperwork was delayed multiple times. Paperwork was missing the first time it was mailed out. Paperwork was not completed until 17 days after the vehicle arrived at the dealership. - Purchase information documentation (FAC affiliate letter, drivers license, proof of insurance, etc). had to be provided to Leon Travis three separate times. - During the entire process the sales representative (Leon Travis) was less than professional. I had to follow-up multiple times for order updates to which I was simply told to be patient. I was originally offered an estimated shipment date and when I inquired about this shipment date I was told there was no date and he would inform me once the vehicle arrived. On multiple occasions he sent me personal text messages intended for someone else on accident. - Criswell offered their support in shipping the vehicle. They quoted an amount significantly over market rates. I eventually ended up shipping using a carrier of my choice which was 40% cheaper than the Criswell quote. - The vehicle arrived scratched and damaged in multiple locations. I had the vehicle inspected by multiple third-parties that confirmed the clear coat damage was a result of improper detailing/vehicle prep. When attempting to resolve the issues with multiple individuals at Criswell (Leon Travis, Kevin Glassic), I was told it was not their issue and no attempt was made in supporting me resolving the problems. - Via email, Leon Travis informed me that they would not add any decals, tag brackets, etc. to the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived it had both. The application of the Criswell decal on the rear of the vehicle caused scratches to the clear coat. - The vehicle arrived missing the grab handles which were ordered with the vehicle, paid for, and indicated on the window sticker. When I asked Leon Travis about them he told me they were definitely included, but it was "my word against his", insinuating that I was lying. He committed multiple times to sending them, yet over a week later they have not been sent. - The vehicle arrived with a defective center instrument panel. There was a large piece of trash inside the display that should have been noticed at vehicle prep. When Criswell was informed of the issue, all conversations were ignored. I still have no resolution.
