At all times we felt very comfortable, and Fred never pressured on us on anything. Most important to us was that the cost breakdown was very transparent - we were shown each line item of the cost, so there were no surprises at the time of final sale. Sales Manager Giles was also very professional and straightforward about our financing options. Besides that, we had fun, which is something I never thought I'd say about buying a new car! David Merritt went far and beyond to do the best customer service/deal he could for us. He answered questions promptly, he didn't make any promises that he was unable to keep, he listened to exactly what we service/deal he could for us.
