Well – what does two purchases in less than 24 hours say about a dealership and the people I have worked with to perform these transactions? As already stated about David - Phenomenal service coupled with great pricing, David is an extremely honest individual who actually enjoys his interactions with his clients and is an advocate of them, working between the purchaser and the dealership, finding the right vehicle for the client while staying within boundaries as set by price. And multiple this X3 for Ale who is “THE” sales Manager that all others MUST EMULATE – went above and behind working with other members of the “Criswell” family to facilitate the deal while acting as a second set of eyes to ensure the Truck David and I found would meet my needs. Once again – second purchase in less than 24 hours from David, Ale & the Criswell Ram\Jeep\Dodge\Chrysler family – LOVE my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and could not think of another dealership other than Criswell for any future purchases (of course that Viper SRT is looking pretty good – maybe go for a third)? ;-) More
My husband and I were looking for an economical car that we could use for our long commute. We had not yet made up our minds on whether we would buy a new car or used car. When we arrived, Nelson showed us the different models and was very good at explaining the differences between them so that we could choose one that best suited our needs. After taking two cars on a test drive, we decided that we had to get one! Nelson and the staff at Criswell Fiat made the car buying process an easy one. We ended up financing the car through the Fiat dealership. Once all the paperwork was completed, Nelson took the time to show us all of the features on our new Fiat 500 Sport and went as far as setting up our cell phones to use through the Blue and Me system! I was drawn to the dealership as a result of filling out a form for dealerships that offered discounts on car products. I believe it was called auto byte. I've been a ford buyer for the last 40 years and was looking to replace my large, comfortable Mercury Grand Marquis. Unfortunately, Ford discontinued this car in 2011 and did not replace it except for a front wheel drive car, the Taurus. The Chrysler 300 was the only car on the market that was currently being built that could replace it as far as price, comfort, rear wheel drive. Kevin Jones was the salesman that contacted me and sent a questionnaire requesting what I specifically was looking for in the car. Unfortunately, we had communication problems between my IPAD and his computer so we had the discussions when I arrived at the dealership. I accidentally went to Criswell Chevrolet by mistake and was treated very nicely by their staff who in turn pointed out where the Chrysler dealership was located. I spotted the new Impala while I was there and they sent a mechanic out to explain all the answers to my questions on the car. Kevin showed me the new 300 Chrysler on the showroom floor and stated the discount they could give me. While there I spotted the 200 Convertible on the lot and started asking about it. Kevin showed it to me and offered a test drive. The car had the same engine ( a six cylinder) as the 300 I was looking at. The seats are what sold me. Very comfortable for bucket seats. The test drive convinced me that the car had what I was looking for in performance. The car was a 2012 but was new not used. The discount was good and put at a price that I was comfortable financing. At first I wasn't going to trade in my old vehicle but latter in the process changed my mind. Kevin again worked with me on getting the price I wanted. The whole process only took a couple of hours including setting up financing. I have received follow up requests asking how I have been doing with the car and notifying me of 8 free oil changes available to me as a new car owner. All in all it has been a good experience. Now all that remains is to see how the cars reliability holds up. That is one of the main reasons I stayed with Ford the past 40 years. More
After totaling my Scion XA, I knew right away that I wanted a Fiat 500. Selecting the one that was just right for me wasn't easy but Rod made the experience an enjoyable and memorable one. Dave was the greatest sales person I have ever dealt with. He came in over two hours before he was supposed to work to meet me and find me the perfect vehicle. He works with you and treats you the way you want to be treated. Very honest and will let you know if anything was wrong before you come to the dealership. Example: something was misrepresented online and he called me before I came in to tell me. He is a gem and now I am glad to call him a friend. More
