I was very happy with my sales experience (Arnold). I have not been very happy or satisfied with the customer service that I have received since I have experienced minor problems with my 500L. I have had to return my car to Criswell 2 times for the same problem and is now waiting a call from the Service Department as to when the parts will be in to fix the problem. More
