We went to Criswell Fiat of Gaithersburg because they advertised online a car we wanted. Arnold Garcia continued to help us after we left that day and he took the time to answer questions we had, and in fact, he was so helpful that went back to the dealership a couple of days later and purchased the very same vehicle. We couldn't be more happy with our new car and the buying experience we had. This was hands-down the best vehicle buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The sales personnel who assisted us were friendly, helpful, and we felt that they were straight shooters who didn't insult us by playing the sales games that are usually practiced at most dealerships. The manager, Giles Bibic, was friendly, helpful, and approached us after the deal was signed and we were about to leave to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were happy. Arnold was no pressure, yet thorough in what he knew he could offer us. We had called ahead and he had everything ready for our test drive. The finance man, Dan, however polite, was a little more like the average car salesman. We didn't realize it until after we got home, but there was a back side to one of the papers he pushed at us. The print at the bottom of the back side said we were signing away our rights to compensations for the dealership logo being put on without our permission. We don't appreciate being duped, even for something small. It doesn't sit well. But this doesn't take away from the fine experience we had with Arnold. So while I would recommend Arnold and the Fiat side to anyone, I would tell them to watch out for the Chrysler side. More
