This guy went far and beyond to get me the best deal. I received multiple calls from the other dealers I was negotiating with in disbelief as to how low the price Criswell had given me. Of course, the icing on the cake was when the Finance Manager (Steve Krantz) saved me $6,000 in interest fees from the original rate the bank had given me. I only had a few exchanges of emails and phone calls, and by the time I got to the dealership all the paperwork was ready; within one hour I had my brand new FIAT. This is my best car buying experience out of the 10+ cars I've owned. Thank you Criswell Fiat!!! More

After we purchased our 2014, he went out of his way to tell us the 2015's were coming out for order the next week. This fact was kept from us when we asked and might have made ur wait or ask for a lower price. Not a good business practice which left a bad taste. This has nothing to do with Travis nor the car which we like so far. More

When I was searching for a vehicle, Mike's actions demonstrated to me why Criswell gets my Best Dealership rating - he not only listened but heard what I desired, and made my vehicle desires into reality by working hard for me, his Manager and Finance Specialist. Exceptional may be a better term to describe this particular Criswell team who worked for me. I appreciate finding me the new vehicle purchase. Already neighbors inquired about the new vehicle. I keep Mike's Criswell business cards in my vehicle and handed them out talking about my positive experiences at the Criswell Dealership particularly; Mike Long who was my Sales Consultant, Sam Hall General Sales Manager, and Dan Leithauser Finance Specialist. In addition, I must mention the unknown Criswell employee who pointed me in the right direction outdoors - he was not in Sales yet very courteous and professional, another plus for Criswell. So many flavors to choose from and so many combinations of sweets. Arnold Garcia approached me (quietly) and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and we zoned in almost immediately to "the one" - a chocolate brown/ivory convertible with all the bells and whistles, including leather seats. Arnold got the keys, we took off and by time we arrived back at the dealership I was in love with the 500c. No need for heavy muffler effects like the Abarth for me...oh no...I want finesse and sporty power...just like the cute as a button 500c. Arnold explained all the features and I was hooked. I got a fair deal for my 2006 Prius (goodbye boring!) and I drove away happy as a clam. More

Criswell Fiat Having looked at Criswell Honda, I found Criswell Fiat online. We emailed about a car, then showed up a bit late for a test drive. Bryan was waiting f Having looked at Criswell Honda, I found Criswell Fiat online. We emailed about a car, then showed up a bit late for a test drive. Bryan was waiting for us when we arrived. My husband took the 500L out after Bryan gave us a nice tour of its features. He took out a Pop level and my husband liked the drive. The next day we went back and I did the test drive with our toddler along for the ride (car seat had to be installed). Arnold sat in back and entertained the little guy so that I could actually concentrate on the experience. My stranger suspicious child actually was laughing and having a good time. We had a good honest talk with Luis when we got back. No pressure from the sales guys. Luis was really open about information we asked about (ie, where are you with the automatic transmission recalls, etc).. I would have purchased with these guys but they didn't have the model in stock that I wanted (and being the end of the month, and the fact that I had emailed several dealers to search for a car, no one was in the dealer swap mood). Luis made a deal for a Trekking, but it was above our budget, and not the model we wanted. We bought elsewhere, but I recommend them to anyone in my area. More

Big Trade-In Led to a Great Little Car That Can :-)! I have the highest praise for the Criswell family of dealerships. When I called Fiat last Monday, I half-expected to make it to the dealership later on in the day (and--quite probably--drive home in a new car ;-). Arnold was extremely knowledgeable and patient (and happy that I had done my research); as well as gave me directions on how to make it to Gaithersburg via the Beltway and 270. When I all but made it, he came to get me personally. The first order of business was for me to test-drive the Fiat--I quickly found my new best friend in a Fiat Sport :-). The trade-in of my old car went very smoothly: Criswell paid off my loan to the penny! So now I was free to set up the financing with Dan (who was also glad I'd done my homework). All along I had a fun conversation with Luis. Everyone treated me very well--I love the "Mom 'n Pop" feel of an established, trusted dealership. It was definitely worth it going out to the suburbs to purchase the Fiat, which definitely has a great deal of zip in its gait--no pun intended on the name of its point of debarkation ;-). And now the little car that can has found a new home...Let's just see how I do getting back on 270 to pick up the tags, registration (and the all-important Zone Three Resident Parking sticker that's one of the biggest perks of living in the District :-)! More
