So many flavors to choose from and so many combinations of sweets. Arnold Garcia approached me (quietly) and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and we zoned in almost immediately to "the one" - a chocolate brown/ivory convertible with all the bells and whistles, including leather seats. Arnold got the keys, we took off and by time we arrived back at the dealership I was in love with the 500c. No need for heavy muffler effects like the Abarth for me...oh no...I want finesse and sporty power...just like the cute as a button 500c. Arnold explained all the features and I was hooked. I got a fair deal for my 2006 Prius (goodbye boring!) and I drove away happy as a clam. More

My husband took the 500L out after Bryan gave us a nice tour of its features. He took out a Pop level and my husband liked the drive. The next day we went back and I did the test drive with our toddler along for the ride (car seat had to be installed). Arnold sat in back and entertained the little guy so that I could actually concentrate on the experience. My stranger suspicious child actually was laughing and having a good time. We had a good honest talk with Luis when we got back. No pressure from the sales guys. Luis was really open about information we asked about (ie, where are you with the automatic transmission recalls, etc).. I would have purchased with these guys but they didn't have the model in stock that I wanted (and being the end of the month, and the fact that I had emailed several dealers to search for a car, no one was in the dealer swap mood). Luis made a deal for a Trekking, but it was above our budget, and not the model we wanted. We bought elsewhere, but I recommend them to anyone in my area. More

Big Trade-In Led to a Great Little Car That Can :-)! I have the highest praise for the Criswell family of dealerships. When I called Fiat last Monday, I half-expected to make it to the dealership later on in the day (and--quite probably--drive home in a new car ;-). Arnold was extremely knowledgeable and patient (and happy that I had done my research); as well as gave me directions on how to make it to Gaithersburg via the Beltway and 270. When I all but made it, he came to get me personally. The first order of business was for me to test-drive the Fiat--I quickly found my new best friend in a Fiat Sport :-). The trade-in of my old car went very smoothly: Criswell paid off my loan to the penny! So now I was free to set up the financing with Dan (who was also glad I'd done my homework). All along I had a fun conversation with Luis. Everyone treated me very well--I love the "Mom 'n Pop" feel of an established, trusted dealership. It was definitely worth it going out to the suburbs to purchase the Fiat, which definitely has a great deal of zip in its gait--no pun intended on the name of its point of debarkation ;-). And now the little car that can has found a new home...Let's just see how I do getting back on 270 to pick up the tags, registration (and the all-important Zone Three Resident Parking sticker that's one of the biggest perks of living in the District :-)! The best car buying experience I have EVER had Started online looking for a 2014 Wrangler and looked at several dealerships only to find they all had very little inventory and not a lot of help. I looked at Criswell's website and not only did they have the inventory, but were willing to help me find what I was looking for. Mike Long sent me an email and asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I had seen a JEEP online and he was happy to discuss it with me. I could tell the man knew his product because he mentioned things that only JEEP owners know. I told him I had to have a black Wrangler Sport and told him the equipment I wanted on it. We set an appointment for a test drive that Saturday and when my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by some of the most cheerful and welcoming people we have ever seen. When we asked for Mike, the person got him right away and Mike greeted us with a professional and cheerful attitude. I cannot say enough good things about Mike. He is hands down the best new car sales consultant I have EVER worked with. His desire to make my wife and I comfortable and provide us with the information we needed was nothing less than second to none. We test drove the new Wrangler and I was blown away by the changes from my 05 to the 2014 model. He even came to our house on Sunday to look at our trade because we did not bring it on Saturday. We came to an agreement on the numbers and the hunt started for the black soft top sport I wanted. Mike did not stop until he found the right JEEP and went himself to get it. When I got to the dealership to pick up my JEEP It was clean and ready for delivery and I was impressed yet again by Criswell's attention to detail and quality of service. Applause to Mike and his team at Criswell for providing me with the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. I will recommend Criswell to ANYONE I KNOW that needs a new or pre-owned car. Mike Long has restored my hope that someone can buy a car with no hassle or lies and can get the level of service that someone who is about to spend several thousand dollars deserves.
