After trying a few other Jeep dealers (including Rockville), we were always very disappointed with the customer servi impressed with this dealership. Any negative reviews of Vanessa should be based on the dealerships level and lack of ability to service vehicles efficiently, not on her. An oil change should not take 2 hours, so to review her negatively isn't fair when she isn't the one doing the oil change. She's only the first step of the service center process and she can only rely on the information given to her from the mechanics and such. More
