I ha This review will make me select Fiat as the vehicle brand purchased, but it was actually a Jeep that I bought through Hyder. Here's the reason. I have a Fiat lease, and I went in to the Fiat showroom looking for Fred to answer a question. Hyder let me know that Fred was no longer there, but he answered my lease question. I was impressed by Hyder, so I told him I was interested in a Jeep, but he referred me to the Jeep showroom and to the Jeep sales folks. I thanked him and walked to the adjacent Jeep showroom. I waited for someone to offer to help me . . . and waited . . . and waited. There were no potential customers in sight, and sales guys everywhere, but most of them were on smoke breaks or on obvious personal calls. I even sat in a vehicle in the showroom for a while, and then got out and intentionally made eye contact with quite a few people, hoping one of them would have the gumption to offer assistance. None did. I finally gave up and walked back toward my car, figuring I'd try another Jeep dealer. Hyder yelled to see if I found what I needed, and I told him no one offered to help me. That's when Hyder offered to help, and for the next few weeks, he provided outstanding service and salesmanship again and again. As a sales manager, I know what I like in a sales person, and Hyder delivered exactly that. . . He made me feel like I was his only customer. He answered questions, researched information, gave honest feedback, and was a true professional. Even though I had a few concerns or reservations about the car itself, I mostly made up my mind that I was buying at Criswell because of Hyder's efforts, regardless of my few reservations. I also worked with Dan Leithauser on the finance end of the deal, and Dan was also outstanding. He has a great demeanor, he offered all the "extras," and pushed back exactly the right amount when I turned down some of those extras. He clearly understands finance, and in my experience with auto finance guys over the (many) years, Dan is right at the top. If you are fortunate enough to have Hyder as your sales person and Dan as your finance person, your business transaction won't just be a business transaction. It will be a very pleasant and rewarding business transaction. More

He works as team with Hyder and we could only stop by 30 minutes before closing so he let Hyder took car of us instead. Hyder was very polite, accommodating, attentive and pleasure to talk to. He stayed a little longer after closing time to let my wife test drove a car similar to the one we saw on line and took time to explain the car's features even! Richard is very responsive and pleasure to work with as well. He is quick to response to my emails and get back to me with requested information in no time at all. After a few back-and-forth emails/phone calls about the price, we came to the agreement and drove off with brand-new AutoBarth 2 days after test driving.
