Hi Sue, thank you for responding. Basically, my car has been disabled now for 2 days and all I'm asking for is a definitive date/time as to when the new tire I'm buying will be mounted onto the car so that I can arrange a ride up there to pick it up. Additionally, I was considering purchasing a spare tire kit with FIAT Criswell but after all of this mess, I will take my money elsewhere. The $500 quote is a joke. I called the service department this morning to see if they had an idea when the car would be done. All I was wondering was if it would be done by COB today and the lady couldn't give me that information. She said someone in service would call me to tell me a time. It's 3PM, the shop closes soon and still no call with any sort of information. Is there a way you could possibly help me out? I'm really hoping that my car doesn't need to be at the shop tomorrow. It does not take 3 DAYS TO CHANGE 1 TIRE.
