He went out in the rain to take a picture of the vehicle build date, even though I had told him it was not an urgent request. Being that I am an out of town buyer from NYC, Alex had the finance manager fedex me all the sales documentation for review in the comfort of my own home. There was no unexpected hidden fees that were not previously disclosed to me. The guy even came into the dealership on his day off to meet me person for the first time and to walk me through the vehicle. I highly recommend Alex as your salesman for your next vehicle purchase! While the service for the purchase was sufficient (though not really outstanding), when we had some trouble with the sunroof the service and body shop engagement has been very poor and difficult. It has taken 3 months to repair a sunroof with very little follow-up. The lesson learned for us, investigate the competency of the service and body shop before you purchase a new car. My ratings below are a blended reflection of both experiences. More
